Hi! I think there is a $1 test charge that gets refunded when you sign up for a trial, just to make sure you have a valid credit card. Sending an email to help@moz.com is the best way to contact us with any questions. Thank you, and sorry for any troubles!

Hello there,
How long u have been using the trial version. Did u quit trial?
I think they assume after trial you will register. But as i know they have one month trial period so if that time havent passed they will basicly quit ur subscription.
Here is the email adress for help desk: help@moz.com

Unsolved Issue with MOZ Keyword Tracking: Missing Keywords in Report
Hello, I’m encountering an issue with MOZ’s keyword tracking tool. We have correctly set up our website: https://recomendacionpersonal.com/ to track multiple keywords, but the tool only seems to track a few of them. Some important keywords we’re targeting don’t appear in the report at all. We are in the trial phase and need to ensure the tool functions correctly for our SEO strategy before subscribing to a premium plan. Can someone please help us understand why this might be happening and how to fix it? Thank you!

But, when I click submit the page does nothing. Anyone else had this problem? Any way around it? I don't want to change my main log-in details. Thanks,

2. In Search competition is not working at all. it states "not in top 50" for all keywords witch is not true.
3. In Crawl diagnostics I get this "Rel Canonical" issue even though the rel canonical tag is in the website. I have send a mail to support but no answer until today. Earlier I did receive a answer on my questions so i guess there is one way of sending questions to the moz team witch is not working.0 -
Is there a way to export the dashboard in the new MOZ?
I would like to export the dashboard to send to a client. Is there a way to do this other than taking a screenshot?

How to force MOZ crawlers to search in the right area for local SEO
We do local SEO over here and so our keywords are always followed by a city name, like so: "auto repair+Springfield". If there's ever any confusion within SERPS which "Springfield" the searcher is looking for we can depend on Google to pull query location to assume it's the nearest to them (it does, and is usually correct). And furthermore, if the office ever needs to check for rankings by hand (we're not in Springfield), we just set the query location to "Springfield" and our results match their. However, MOZ doesn't set a query location. Which makes sense, I suppose, because their crawlers are up in the Bay. What I'm saying is that oftentimes there's a discrepancy between how MOZ tells me they rank, and how I see them ranking, the business owner sees them ranking, and how the customer finds them ranking. As such, we can't send them reports through MOZ 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Should the keyword be followed by a zip code instead of a city name? This seems like it would solve the location query problem but it may not provide the same results as service+city name.
