I have upgraded my account but I can't add another site. What to do?

Simple, I want to get out of my free trial. I need to work with two/three sites. I seem to have access to five accounts... but I can't add a site. Very frustrating.

Sorry for the confusion. It looks like you wrote in an email to our support desk on the 14th and Sam Weber responded to you there. I'm really sorry if you didn't see his response!
It looks like you had used your entire account allotment of 50,000 pages crawled on the first campaign you had set up which is why you were not able to create another campaign.
It looks like you've archived the original campaign and set up another campaign with only 1000 pages crawled so you should be able to set up other campaigns on your account now. If you would like to have the original campaign active on your account again, I would recommend temporarily archiving the campaign you currently have active on your account then activating the old campaign and adjusting the page crawl limit to a lower limit for that campaign from the settings page. You would then be able to reactivate your current campaign, since the total pages crawled would then come up under the 50,000 page crawl account limitation.

Hello, In the site crawl report we have a few pages that are status 430 - but that's not a valid HTTP status code. What does this mean / refer to?

Remove account from MOZ
I have subscribed for 1 month free Moz trial account. It was free but to subscribe this account I need to put my credit card details. Suddenly at the end of this 1 month term period, Moz tried to cut 149 Dollar from my account without notifying me. But they could not because there were insufficient funds on my credit card. I haven't used any services and would like to remove my account from Moz service? Would appreciate your assistance.

Why even after having premium account we are not able to add more than 30 sites?
Having premium Moz account, still not able to add more than 30 sites. However account have the limit for 30 of 100 active sites. Kindly look into the issue.
