Crawl Test cannot be seen on my PC. Using Windows 8.
-
I received and downloaded my Crawl Test. When I try to open it, my pc says "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher". I'm running Windows 8. Can I view my Crawl Test with my PC? Is there a work-around for this issue?
Update I can apparently open my Crawl Test and view it as an Excel Spreadsheet. But when I download it and choose Save As, it saves it as a MS-DOS Application. This is my very first Crawl Test and I am not sure if I am doing everything right.

Hi James
Your OS might be defaulting .csv files as a different file type. You may need to change properties to open the filetype with Excel: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/choose-programs-windows-uses-default
Hope this helps!

Have you tried renaming it as a .csv once you've downloaded it?

Site crawl warning - concatenated urls from Wordpress
I could use some help on how to fix this. I asked at the walkthrough but was told it was a Wordpress issue but so far I can't find anything to point me in the right direction. There are no errors in the files on server side and I have asked my hosting company too. I am hoping someone here may be able to shed some light on it. One of my websites it giving 404 errors on links that are formed as below and there are over 12.7K of them! Example: <mydomainurl>/www.instagram.com/www.instagram.com/<instagram username=""></instagram></mydomainurl> The link that relates to my website is valid and working, but I don't understand the rest. I am totally stumped on how to move forward with this. Any advice, suggestions, tips on how to fix these errors and stop these types of links getting generated. Thanks.

Moz Crawl Report Increase in Errors?
Has anyone else noticed a huge increase over the past couple weeks in crawl issues in their dashboards? Without being able to see historical data week over week, I can't tell what's been added. Is this some update with the tool? I'm not seeing any health issues with this feature on the Moz Health page, it just seems strange that I'm seeing this across all our accounts.

Issues with Crawl Test and SSL Certificate
So I have having issues with the Crawl Test being able to crawl my site accurately due to what the tool is saying is a "SSL Certificate Error" (804 : HTTPS (SSL) error encountered when requesting page.) Only thing is that I have no warnings about this SSL issue in Search Console and when I check the SSL on https://www.sslshopper.com it comes back just fine. Anybody know why this might be happening or have encountered this issue before?

Can Moz use canconical links to prevent notices about duplicate content issues?
if so how do we enable this - we've an average size site with a few hundred products but they appear in multiple categories, canonical url points to it's primary category (but a new page exists for each section... so for /cat-a/abc there will be another page cat-b/abc and again but the canonical points to cat-a always for that product) basically I see this kind of duplication error / notice as a false positive... help me

How do you stop Moz crawling a page?
Hello, I have a contact form which generates thousands of duplicate crawl errors. I'm going to use to block Google indexing these pages. Will this also block MOZ from crawling these pages and displaying the error? Thanks!
