301 Redirects - But still duplicate content?

Our website domain website.com redirects to website.com/en (since it's in English). Therefore, all pages on website.com redirects to website.com/en.
In my Moz analytics, it says I have duplicate content, and lists all of these pages. Didn't the 301 redirects take care of the duplicate content? Or do I still have to add canonical tags?

Taulia, the duplicate content indications that your Moz campaign shows for pages that have been 301 redirected are there so you can make sure your redirects are targeting the right page. They're not actually errors and no, you don't also have to use conanical tags to those pages.

Missing/Duplicate Content but it's definitely all right!
We are having some issues flag up through our MOZ software on multiple pages on www.ukpods.co.uk website such as missing content, missing metatags, missing title, duplicate content, Missing/Invalid H1 but having checked and spoken to our website developer all the content is there. 1 page as an example is https://ukpods.co.uk/pods-storage/decluttering/ It says the below items are missing or invalid but you cna see they are all there in the below - are they not being picked up and read for any reason? Need Help with www and non-www redirect
Hi everyone, I've been looking around the forum and found some similar topics but none of them have solved my problem. Anyway, I'm new to SEO and found that when I use Open Site Explorer for the www version of my site I see the links directed to my page, but none of my twitter stats show up. When I do the same for my non-www version. I see my twitter stats, but no links. Facebook seems unchanged. Also, the Page Authority is much higher for the www (I assume because of the links) It is my understanding that it doesn't matter which version of the domain is used, I just need to pick one and stick with it (on Google Webmaster Tools, etc.). And that I also need to do a 301 redirect for the version that I'm not using. The issue now is that I have a 301 redirect, and when I type in my url in any version (http, https, www, non-www) it all redirects in the browser without issue. So i know users are getting to the right page, but the Open Site Explorer still sees them as 2 different sites. My concern is that if Open Site Explorer sees it this way then Google may see it this way as well and I could be missing out on potential rankings. I'm currently doing the redirect in the .htaccess file. The redirect looks like this: RewriteEngine On

Also, I'm using wordpress and it has the URL set to the non-www version of the site. However, I think I would like to change this to the www version because most of the links are directing to www, and I also think people are more familiar with that format. Can't figure out why some of my pages are duplicate content
Within the crawl diagnostics area I'm getting duplicate page content issues on several pages. Temporary Redirects
Hi, I've noticed that most of my temporary redirects are the cause of this parameter. http://www.maddenstudents.com/forum/search.php**?s=2f0b01c7d530cf117a2bbb6811f0b527**&do=finduser&userid=1&contenttype=vBForum_Post&showposts=1 http://www.maddenstudents.com/forum/search.php**?s=2f0b01c7d530cf117a2bbb6811f0b527**&do=finduser&userid=1&searchthreadid=15&contenttype=vBForum_Post&showposts=1 I also noticed that almost all of my duplicate content and duplicate titles are the cause of this parameter. I tried going into google webmasters, but they say i don't need to change anything. How do I get rid of this parameter because it seems to be causing a lot of errors and warning for me.

Is SEOmoz spider ignoring my redirect?
My client was previously serving their website from both a .co.uk and a .com domain. The DNS for each of these domains was pointing to the same place, rather than redirecting. I saw this as a potential duplicate content problem so I set the .co.uk to 301 redirect on to the .com. As a user, the 301 seems to be working correctly. However, now that I have done this, SEOmoz is picking up thousands of "inbound" links from the .co.uk domain. Essentially, every single link on the internal site, is being duplicated in my stats as an inbound link as well. It appears that the spider is ignoring the redirect. I'm not sure if it's a legitimate issue that will upset Google too, or if it's just a bug with SEOMoz's spider.

Our Duplicate Content Crawled by SEOMoz Roger, but Not in Google Webmaster Tools
Hi Guys, We're new here and I couldn't find the answer to my question. Here it goes: We had SEOMoz's Roger Crawl all of our pages and he came up with quite a few erros (Duplicate Content, Duplicate Page Titles, Long URL's). Per our CTO and using our Google Webmaster Tools, we informed Google not to index those Duplicate Content Pages. For our Long URL Errors, they are redirected to SEF URL's. What we would like to know is if Roger is able to know that we have instructed Google to not index these pages. My concern is Should we still be concerned if Roger is still crawling those pages and the errors are not showing up in our Webmaster Tools Is there a way we can let Roger know so they don't come up as errors in our SEOMoz Tools? Is there a Tool to compare Duplicate content for non web Live content?
Is there a tool that can give me % of duplicate content when comparing two pieces of content that are not Live on the web? Like copyscape but for content that may not be indexed by copyscape or not live on the web? Does Word or any other program allow you do do this?

Reducing duplicate content
Callcatalog.com is a complaint directory for phone numbers. People post information on the phone calls they get. Since there are many many phone numbers, obviously people haven't posted information on ALL of the phone numbers, THUS I have many phone numbers with zero content. SEOMoz is telling me that pages with zero content looks like duplicate content with each other.. The only difference between two pages that have zero coments is the title and phone number embedded in the page. For example, http://www.callcatalog.com/phones/view/413-563-3263 is a page that has zero comments.. I don't want to remove these zero comment phone number pages from the directory since many people find the pages via a phone number search. Here's my question: what can I do to make google / seomoz think that thexe zero comment pages is not dupliicate content?
