Suggestions to Improve Worst Conversion Form Ever Designed?

My commercial real estate web site has about the worst conversion form ever designed (http://www.nyc-officespace-leader.com/visitor-details). The form appears whenever a visitor does a property search. If they do not release their phone number and email address they don't get results. The form only gets completed 25% of the time and often the contact details are wrong. The visitors either exit the site at that page or go to the listing or neighborhood pages to view listings without doing a filtered search.
In an attempt to increase conversions we are softening the form and not making completion mandatory. After entering an inquiry the visitor will be shown three property listings before the form pops up, The idea being that once they have seen product they will be more inclined to release contact info. Also, the form will appear once they have viewed three listings anywhere on the site, not just for search results. Unlike the existing conversion form (http://www.nyc-officespace-leader.com/visitor-details) we are trying to keep the text very concise. The new form will be Java script rather than a URL.
Can anyone offer some ideas on how to make the text of these new forms more enticing? The forms are listed below. We will probably show the first one after the visitor views 3 listings and the variation of it after the visitor views another 3 listings.

Based on your suggestions I have adjusted both forms, trying to keep them as brief as possible. Do you think this is an improvement?

Form #1: I would adapt the copy so that it sounds like you are providing more value to the user.
Ex: We can help save you time! Call me direct to start your search and discuss available listings.
Form #2: Similar to the first and you are half-way there. Sell the part about your access to off-market listing first. Users always want to think they are getting a really good deal, or getting access to premium content that their friends or competition aren't. You also want to try and add some immediacy to the form, make the user feel like they must act now or they may miss out on a great deal.
Ex: Did you know we access to off-market listings that only we know about? Contact us to learn more about these listings before they are gone!
You may need to play with the copy some to better fit your clientele, but you should be able to get a good idea from the examples given.

Is it possible to have Google Adwords display different page versions according to whether an advertisement will be displayed on a mobile or desktop device? We are a commercial real estate brokerage based in New York City. Most converting website use desktop rather than mobile. We are considering advertising on Google Adwords. Is it possible to have Google serve a more elaborate form of desktop landing page but have Google serve a stripped down version to mobile users? The stripped down version would be created using Instapage. From a technical perspective how would we create a more elaborate desktop version and have Google distinguish between the two? Brand Name: Conversion Rate Optimizing: Eponymous VS Generic
Good day all, We are entertaining the idea of changing the Domain Name & Brand Name for straplessfashion.com. While still in development, the website sells women undergarments. We did some survey research and it seems that women (age 18-40) really liked either "Demi's Dream" or "Almost Skin" as a good name. More specifically, Almost Skin seems to be the more popular choice over "Demi's Dream". I think "Almost Skin" catches attention quicker and may work best in PPC. However, when personalizing a brand name is considered, "Demi's Dream" might be the best choice. Would you please offer your advise on which of these two names might be the best for a new Domain and Brand name for the website mentioned above? Which would convert better? Thank you for your help. Contact form at the end of all posts
I notice a lot of sales blogs have contact forms at the end of all their posts. Can anyone give me some information on the effectiveness of this tactic? Case studies, examples, or your experience from adding contact forms and what it did to conversions? I imagine it would help increase conversions. It would reduce a step from moving to a new page, but might turn off some visitors? Any information would be appreciated.

What happens when i import analytics conversions into adwords if I already have conversions set up?
Hey everyone, I have a question. We already have conversion tracking set up for our landing pages, however Adwords has the option to import goals from anaytics, one of which is for the landing pages. What will happen if I do? Will it erase all the conversion data I already have? Will it mess things up? Or am I not understanding this correctly... Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Sudden drop in conversions!
Over the past week, I have noticed a drop in conversions. By drop, I mean NONE at all. The traffic to the site seems steady from different sources, so I don't think we've been hit with a penalty. I have looked through the site, and there are no problems with the functionality. Is it possible that you lose conversions because of the type of keywords that are driving traffic? In other words, the impressions and queries remain steady, but you are not getting traffic that converts (if that makes any sense). Thanks in advance for thoughts and advice.

How can I track the traffic source/keyword of form submissions?
I'm using Google Analytics on www.nhfinehomes.com and would like to track the source of leads submitted via form submissions. Ideally, I could track if the lead originated from organic search (and what keyword phrase), PPC, referral links, etc. Is this possible with Google Analytics and if so, can anyone point to some documentation on how to do this or better yet someone who can help me set this up? This site is running ASP.NET and uses JQuery so there is not a 'traditional' thank you page that I can reference. I'm not a programmer and do not pretend to be one! Thanks in advance. Link

Low conversion rate, high ticket item... but not THAT high
Oh great mozzers, I fall at your feet... I feel like I'm going insane... My client, 35 Degrees (http://35DegreesSteaks.com) is quite the mystery. I handle SEO and paid search for them, and we're doing great in those areas... however, we're just not seeing the conversions once I deliver these folks to the site. The people are targeted, the keywords are sound, and from what I can see, the checkout process isn't a mess... but they are just not getting the sales. We're currently starting to test some price points with some newer, lower cost "intro packages", so we'll see if that's one of the pain points. I'm also in the process of convincing them to include a Verisign or some other logo in the checkout process. However, I was hoping the great minds here could take a quick look and see if I'm missing anything else. Thanks in advance! Jeff

Re-designed website... how to increase organic traffic?
We re-developed our website (adboards(dot)com) around 6 months ago. This has in turn led to a downturn in sales/visits. We have managed to get visits/sales increasing steadily but not to the level of the previous site. Even though we believe the new site is (seems) much more friendly both for SEO and potential customers. We currently run a PPC campaign which seems to bring in steady sales, the problem seems to be our organic traffic and getting our keywords ranked higher. We have tried various methods for increasing our organic traffic including:- Keyword Analysis for our landing pages Backlinking: From various directories and industry related sites Googlebase submission Blog relating to industry news & products Any advise on which area we should be focusing on or any obvious errors you can see on the site would be greatly appreciated.
