Hello, Moz community. I have a big problem, today by accident i suppose i was charged 149$ for the Moz Pro subscription plan, but i have already earlier today canceled my subscription plan.

Hello! I need help, I can't afford this right now and I didn't cancel by mistake, not on purpose. It happened that the mails -don't know why- arrived to de spam folder and I didn't know that I was being charged directly. I tried Moz for a presentation to a prospect two months ago. But I didn't get the client, so I still can't afford, it and I didn't use it. I'm sorry for the mistake, I only noticed this today when I checked my Spam folder casually. Please I need a refound! Can i pause a a subscription?
I really love the features. I don't need the tool and the results permanently. I believe that if i could deactivate and reactivate an account, then i would be a happy customer. This way i am forced to cancel all and resetup all the time. Is there a way to "pause" an account? Best regards, Csaba
