The Old Moz Pro
-
Hello,
I found the old moz pro a lot more informative for certain queries. Can I still access this and run a campaignMany Thanks
-
Hi Pania,
Thanks for writing in. Unfortunately, the old PRO application was deprecated in October of 2014 and it is no longer accessible. We did send out several notifications to people that were using the application prior to the shutdown, so I apologize if you didn't see those. Here is a transitional guide that may be helpful to you: https://moz.com/pro-to-analytics
If you can let me know specifically what features were more helpful to you in the old application, I can send them to our product team takes that feedback very seriously.
I apologize for the inconvenience this causes! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Why does it show (in Moz) that we don't have any meta descriptions on our site when we do?
We have over 1,330 pages that say we are "Missing Meta Description Tag" when I spot check all of them have meta descriptions? Can you please explain to me why Moz is picking up that we do not have meta descriptions when we do. Our website http://www.betheboss.ca Please help. I would like a accurate measure of meta descriptions that are missing.

Beta Moz is losing my campaigns.
I've been trying to make the transition to Beta especially now that Pro has such serious problems with the style sheet. The thing is, all of the campaigns I have added to the Pro side don't show up in the Beta side. They'll show in Pro but that's all but unusable on my end and there's no Archive button visible on Beta. I tried adding a campaign again to Beta thinking it just isn't there, but it tells me it's already been added. Well then were is it? I just added them earlier today! I can see them on Pro but nowhere on Beta, nor the other 3 I have added on Pro in the last 2 weeks.

Moz reporting reliable?
I have been working with our MIS department on addressing our errors on duplicate content and titles caused by parameter URLs. MIS insists that they have solved the problem with canonical tags, which are in place. They said they were getting warnings from Google and Bing, but that after they put the canonical tags in place, those went away. They are questioning the Moz reports, suggesting that I instead rely on SEO Toolit by Microsoft. (As an aside, we are using SharePoint 2010, crossing our fingers for an upgrade to 2013, which presumably will make a lot of the issues we’re having go away). So my questions are: 1) Why are these Moz reports reporting all of these errors that have supposedly been rectified (in 2011)? Do I disregard the duplicate content/title errors on the Moz report and defer to SEO Toolkit, as MIS suggests?
