Community rankings - I've outranked and there are absurd rankings
-
Hello everyone!
I came to my attention that I've been outranked in the Moz's community rankings. It is known that there are some issues about it.
Also I've reported it some time ago (HERE) that there were discrepancies in the community rankings.
As I've know the latter, I waited a few days to check whether it corrects until posting this.
Also, couldn't find any inciden in the Moz Health page.Well, nothing more to add. Just some pics attached to justify and clarify.
Thanks!

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
Indeed we have recently discovered that the algorithm is somehow messed up at this time. We're aware of this internally and it's being addressed at this time.
We reserve our Health Page for major outages related to our tools, this issue doesn't meet those requirements which is why there's no mention of it there.
Thanks for taking the time to point this out to us. As always, you can reach out to our team directly by emailing help@moz.com as well.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yeap, there will not be angry phone calls. Still, there has to be somebody that reports these kind of small issues
It's like keeping the best quality in the Q&A Forum with everybody's effort. -
I've already emailed support about this (on Friday), they assure me that they are looking into it. I'm sure that all will be resolved soon enough and harmony will be restored across Mozland once more.
UPDATE: After checking your link, I see you first experienced this a few months ago. As far as I can see, all was well until Friday afternoon. I think we need to bear in mind that the Moz community ranking table isn't the SERPS So there's no danger of angry calls from clients on Monday morning

It has been a bit all over for a while now. Hoping your post gets them to look in to this a bit further. I take pride in knowing I am highly ranked, but ever since it went funny I have become unsure if that is actually the case - am I really position 1681 rather than 70-80 last week ???

In Moz's Keyword Explorer/Explore By Site, Can I Exclude a Keyword From the Results?
Hypothetical question - Let's say I sell tax preparation software and I want to see the keywords that "turbotax.com" ranks highest for. Based on that list I might want to optimize for similar keywords on my site. But if I use Keyword Explorer, select "Root Domain", and enter "turbotax.com" as the root domain, the first 200 or so keywords in the list have the word "turbo". None of those interest me. Can I exclude certain keywords (like "turbo") from the list? Thanks.

Can Moz add an alert to email us when a competitor's site gets a new backlink?
This would be a very useful feature, and other sites are doing this, including Ahrefs.

Pulling Month on Month rankings
Hi, I wondered if there's a feature where I can download the historical monthly rankings i.e I can export a CSV file that details rankings in January 2017, February 2017, March etc and onwards? Thanks

New Design on New Ranking Charts
I logged in today to find the ranking chart on a specific keyword changed dramatically. It used to pop up first thing when you went to analyze a keyword and now it's hidden under a pulldown. Which is fine, I will get used to all the new changes. It only took me a few minutes to find it (ha). Is there a writeup on what was reorganized anywhere? I could not see it on the blog (other than the Keyword Difficulty changes but that doesn't say anything about this) or in the Hub. The way it was laid out before was extremely compact. It showed the keyword at the top with the current weekly ranking. Then listed the chart below with the competitors. You could easily get it on a snapshot for management. Now, when you are viewing the chart, you don't know what keyword you are looking at when viewing it on the screen (you have to scroll up - or have a really large monitor) and you have to hover to see what position it's at. If you look at the two attached images, it used to be more compact. I'm not including where the competitors are listed for privacy reasons 😉 but on the old version it made very easily digestible screencaps. Now, I know, I know, it's all there... Yet every Monday I do a snapshot of the top 10 keywords we look at and send it in an Excel file (with VARIOUS other things) and the big boss looks at it every single week. Since he's the one paying and I'm about to hear a complaint shortly, I thought I would send feedback... (I'm trying to check boxes... is Moz Pro called Moz Analytics now? When I look at my campaign, it says Moz Pro... doesn't say anything about Moz Analytics. I feel super old right now! Sorry! 🙂 sIzxEi5b7d vCUukpOrHSdn

Can you add a "Show All" to Rankings Pagination?
For some reason, you've decided to paginate the Rankings page. You state the community has requested it, however I find it far less user-friendly and more time consuming. A feature that would fix it for me is to add a "Show All" link. A "Show All" is common in pagination, not sure why it was left off. Here is why I want it - supporting statement: "Since page lengths are changing, and I've exhausted keywords for one of my clients, I am going back and rewriting copy. I am choosing which pages to rewrite based ranking and they have over a couple hundred keywords so pages 1, 2, 3.....14 does me no good and takes forever to find page 10 or 9 or whatever page has the rankings that are in the 11-20 spot so I know which ones to plan for the next month. It's a valid concern. If your software slows me down over prior versions, I don't care what anyone "wanted", it's not smart."

What tool will check my keyword rank alongside search volume for that keyword?
Hello Moz Community, I'm wondering if there is a tool (or a function with Moz Pro) that will check my keyword rank alongside search volume for that keyword. I'm able to see my keyword rankings in Moz Pro, but can't see search volume for those keywords. I'd love to prioritize which lower-ranking keywords should be improved based on their search volume. Any ideas? Thanks! Robert
