Crawling 4XX errors because of URL accented
-
Hello guys,
I am experiencing crawling errors in Moz because the URLs read by spiders contain accents and special characters, which I know isn't best but yet my client needs to keep it.
I know that Moz "uses percent encoding to parse the HTML in the source code, so any line breaks and spaces in your HTML links or sitemap links are converted to %0A and %20, causing a 404 error".
Is there any way to avoid these errors happening in the dashboard? Or am I supposed to simply ignore it?

Unsolved Help with my 4xx Errors
Site Crawler has found a range of 4xx errors on my website. But, the urls aren't ones I've created and instead have the handle of my social channels attached to the end - and I've no idea how this has happened. Any tips or insights on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.! I've attached a screenshot below:

Difference on full and partial URLs in Open Site Explorer?
Hi, I am pretty new to SEO and it might show. Here is my question, regarding the difference on "full and partial" urls in Open Site Explorer (OSP). That is, the difference on http://www.mywebsite.com and http://mywebsite.com. I get very similar results for the two variations, but not exactly the same. That suggest to me that OSP most of the time find the same links regardless of whether the url put into the search field is full or partial. But not all the time. Can anyone clarify? Thx in advance

403 errors in Moz but not in Google Search Console
Hello, Moz is showing that one of the sites I manage has about ten 403 errors on main pages, including the home page. But when I go to Google Search Console, I'm not getting any 403 errors. I don't know too much about this site (I handle the SEO for a few sites as a contractor for a digital marketing agency), but I can see that it's a WordPress site (I'm not sure if that's relevant). Can I assume this a Moz issue only? Thanks, Susannah Noel

Spam Score and crawling of my site
Hello, I'm trying to analyze the spam score of my site which is 9/17 Actually I have few backlinks and all of them have a low spam score (max 4/17, just one). I think there's some kind of issue with the crawler since I get strange spam factors: Large Site with Few Links (likely true, I recently deleted a lot of tags used once) Low Number of Pages Found (wasn't it a "Large Site"??) Low Number of Internal Links (I got a considerable number) No Contact Info (I have a link to my facebook in the menu and a "contacts" page) Thin Content (It's just a blog with min 300 words per post, why thin?) Site Link Diversity is Low (likely true) Ratio of Followed to Nofollowed Subdomains (likely true) Low MozTrust or MozRank Score (true) Ratio of Followed to Nofollowed Domains (likely true) Can you please help me to understand it, is it a crawling problem or similar? If needed I will post the url of the website. Thank you so much Marco

804 error preventing website being crawled
Hi For both subdomains https://us.sagepub.com and https://uk.sagepub.com crawling is being prevented by a 804 error. I can't see any reason why this should be so as all content is served through https. Thanks

Spam score question on shortened URLs
Hello, Our agency owns a URL, thejoint.co, specifically for url shortening. There is no content on this url. When we post client's content to social media channels, we use the shortener which 301s to the normal URL. Now, when I use Moz Open Site Explorer to view a client's webpage (http://chiropractorphoenix-thejoint.com/scottsdale/shea/ or chiropractorglendaleca-thejoint.com), I see thejoint.co with a spam score of 9. I'm looking for clarification if this is a real problem in regards to my clients website health? If so, is there any way to keep the shortner without the negative effects? Thank you, P.S. Does this mean Moz's Spam tool also recognizes Bit.ly and other similar services as spam?
