How often is a page indexed by google.
-
Are there any rules according to PA/DA how often a page is visited by google and how quick links there are picked up?
For instance PA42/DA37 mR and mT both around 4,4
Thanks

you can check the crawling date of any page by clicking on the 'cached' link in SERP or through Google toolbar.
-
Search it on google and hit 'Cached' next to the URL in the SERP. The date it was last crawled will be on there. Some SEO tools can also tell you.
-
How do you check when a page was crawled last, and can you do that only with your own pages ?
-
Yes most probably. Incoming links play an important role in crawling and indexing of a web page.
-
There are many sites where the home page content is not updated for months, yet they get indexed after 1-2 days. Is this, then due to the links they have got ?
-
It depends how many links point to your site and also how frequently you update content on your webpages. I've got a site where the home page gets crawled every 1-2 days and one of the other pages once a month.
I hope this answers your question!
-
There are no such rules. The frequency of crawling & indexing depends a lot on how frequently you post new contents on your website. If you post new contents several times a day, then Google may crawl & index your web pages within minutes.

How much time does it takes for a backlink to get registered in Google? My basketball anime website has been live since start of this week and Google has not registered any backlink.
So my website https://www.animedhfa.com/basketball-anime/ about basketball Anime has shown no changes in DA or backlinks. It has been 5 days perhaps since it went live.

Has anyone seen a recent drop in Page Authority?
We have seen a sizeable drop in Page Authority for three of our key category pages over the last one week. The total number of linking root domains has increased for all the three pages. We have disavowed a few spammy links but we doubt that would cause a drop in page authority. The domain authority is unchanged. Is there any way we could figure out the cause of the drop? Has anyone else also noticed a drop in page authority for their pages? What happens to (external) linkjuice after you redirect a page?
Hope everybody is having a good day:). I was wondering what happens to the external link juice of a page when you redirect it to a new (and improved) url? For instance www.example.com/lowvolumesword/highvolumeword/ 301 --> www.example.com/highvolumeword/ Will the /highvolumeword/ page lose a lot of (external) linkjuice? Is it best to change the external links to the new url manually or leave them as is and let the 301 redirect take care of it? Is it possible to say that no more than x% of your linkjuice will be passed through via a 301? I hope im making sense here and am looking forward to your reaction. Thanks in advance,

Internal Links and Page Authority - Best Practices
Hello, Is it bad (in terms of ranking in the SERPS) if i have a link from a page with PA of 18 going to a page with PA of 21? In other words, does it matter if the page containing the link has a lower page authority than the page receiving the link? Page A links to Page B Page A page authority is 18 Page B page authority 21 could this negatively affect my rankings? Thanks

Better to redirect domain or to link from home page?
Hi, I have a niche directory and sometimes clients remove themselves because they have discontinued their business practice. If they sometimes provide me with their own website (as they will no longer use it either), is it wiser for me to: a) directly point their URL 301 to my own directory b) keep their website as is, and add a url link to my directory in their homepage c) keep their website as is, and add an anchored link with the industry keyword to my directory Thanks! Has Anyone Heard from Google?
After submit RR last week, we got the following from Google: "We've received a request from a site owner to reconsider how we index the following site: http://www.butterflycraze.com/ We'll review the site. If we find that it's no longer in violation of our Webmaster Guidelines, we'll reconsider our indexing of the site. Please allow several weeks for the reconsideration request. We do review all requests, but unfortunately we can't reply individually to each request." We got discouraged that Goodle said that it'd reconsider if we are no longer in violation. However, we have about 4500 unatural links created by SEO co, who has proceed with some, but, we aren't seen reduction of such links. In fact, it went up. I need advise as how to remove the following (they are the few site with bulk links): fantake.com: have their webmaster info, however, since last request, we still have 1200 links from it. blogspot.com - is there any way to remove links from such site? onlineunionmall.com: don't see any contact info on their site Some suggest us move on by building good links, but, to dilute the power of 4500 unnatural links, it would take forever.

How often does Google crawls old pages, is it worth to get links from them ?
Let's say there's a blog post in my industry niche that's 2 years old. Is it worth to get a link from that blog post ? How do I know Google will actually re-crawl that page, and how long can that process take ?
