Crawler reporting incorrect URLs, resulting in false errors...

The SEOmoz crawler is showing 236 Duplicate Page Titles. When I go in to see what page titles are duplicated I see that the URLs in question are incorrect and read "/about/about/..." instead of just "/about/" The shown page duplicates are the result of the crawler is ending up on the "Page not found" page.
Could it be the result of using relative links on the site? Anything I can do to remedy?

Hey Frank! This definitely sounds like an issue with relative links on the page; if the crawler sees it, he'll follow it, and continue to do so indefinitely, causing a super-long URL with the same sub-page listed over and over in the URL. I actually see this bug a fair amount. I'd recommend you look at your page code, try to find relative link tags, and then fix them on that side of things.
If you think it's a bug and nothing in your code, you can always send an email to us at help@seomoz.org - we'll be able to take a look and make sure it's not a bug on our side (make sure to send your PRO email address, the campaign with the issue, the URL with the issue, and any relevant screenshots/examples to help us diagnose). In my experience, though, this is always because of a relative link I find in the source. 503 Error or 200 OK??
So, in a Moz crawl and a Screaming From crawl, I'm getting some 503 Service Unavailable responses on the some pages. So I go to the pages in question, and the Moz bar is showing a 200 OK. The SEOBook http status checker (http://tools.seobook.com/server-header-checker/) also shows a 200 OK. What gives? The only reason I'm looking at this is because rankings plummeted a couple of weeks ago. Thanks! UPDATE So, I decided to use the mozbar to set the user agent as Googlebot and when I tried to access the pages in question I receive this message. Historical data in rank report not matching summary?
I got a new rank report today. For a lot of keywords in Yahoo and Bing it is saying things like >49 etc. When I hover over it, it tells me that these are new keywords for me that I didn't rank for before. When I look at the historical graph for those specific engines though it just shows me going back at the same position historically. For example like position 17 going back many months without change. Can anyone tell me what is up with that?

More complete campaign reports
SEOMoz campaigns include a lot more data than can be sent via email automatically with the custom reporting feature. So what do people do to send that data to clients? Do you not include it? Or export reports manually and send them on? Or something else?

Why when I use http://www.opensiteexplorer.org and I'm researching our Blog.URL.com's does the tool say "No Data Available for this URL"? Example: http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/links?site=blog.centurypayments.com

Campaign 4XX error gives duplicate page URL
I ran the report for my site and had many more 4xx errors than I've had in the past month. I updated my .htaccess to include 301 statements based on Google Webmaster Tools Crawl Errors. Google has been reporting a positive downward trend in my errors, but my SEOmoz campaign has shown a dramatic increase in the 4xx pages. Here is an example of an 4xx URL page: http://www.maximphotostudio.net/engagements/266/inniswood_park_engagements/http:%2F%2Fwww.maximphotostudio.net%2Fengagements%2F266%2Finniswood_park_engagements%2F This is strange because URL: http://www.maximphotostudio.net/engagements/266/inniswood_park_engagements/ is valid and works great, but then there is a duplicate entry with %2F representing forward slashes and 2 http statements in each link. What is the reason for this?

Best way to use OSE Advanced Reports
I can see that Open Site Explorer's Advanced Reports feature is very powerful in terms of sifting through large amounts of link data, but does anyone have any useful tips on how to get the most out it? I want to use my 5 reports a month, but I want to make to maker sure I'm making the most of that allowance.
