What about "CAPS" in site titel.
-
Can you get down rank in your search result for useing CAPS in your site titels? Many of my compitors useing it.
Eksample og search result "flyttemand"

I am a title SEO cowboy myself, and i had the second place on the work "Flyttemand" (Mover) and i had all my titles whit the first word in CAPS, only ONE word, but since my site rank 1-3 in over 300 importen words and it become a VERY importen income in our firm, i got afraid the next "panda update" might hit sites acting like this...
After reading the Google SEO book, i made the titel shot and precise just like they say, but changing site titel, put my down in all results, so its REALLY importen to set them up 100% correct one time for all.
We lost alot of clicks changing to not caps and move 2-8 places down cost some income, god think is they move back up slowly, but its like Google notice title is new and then some of you linking to this site not work so well, but when google see the links remaining you move back up... or... you just get a algorithm pennlti for changing titles.
Thx for all your replys!!

I don't think you can negatively influence your ranking if you use one capped word. I do think that people will be less likely to click on that result. It's harder to read (proven with numerous studies) so I don't suggest you do the same.
If your entire title is on big mash up of capped words, that I think google would consider spammy. But I don't know if they devaluate your title, of simply uncap the words.

To be honst you can not go "down" in the serps for using CAPS in the way they have done.
In the end of the day it comes down to on site and off site SEO factors and how powerful the site is.
If you span with CAPS then yeah you may go down.
The first site in that example is interesting, I am sure the CTR is decent.

Search is always case insensitive - http://me.lt/7ZVGv.
What it can really influence is CTR for SERP. By the way #1 site for your example show up for me.
But be carefully to avoid "looks like spam" snippet for you site.

Should I issue a change of address for my demo site which has been indexed?
The web design company tasked with building a company website have a demo site which reflects the live site - as the site is constantly being developed and needs to be tested by numerous uses, removing the demo site is not an option. The demo site is a subdomain of the live site: demo.mysite.com The demo site has been indexed by Google as the web design company didn't add a robots.txt file disallowing all. The demo site was indexed 3 years before I started working at the company. My first action was to add a robots.txt file disallowing all, I then added a noindex and nofollow meta tag into the header of all files on the demo area - this has prevented any new pages from being indexed but the original pages of the site are still in Google index. Do you think I should add the demo subdomain (demo.mysite.com) into Google Webmaster and issue a change of address pointing to the actual website (www.mysite.com) or is this going to cause problems? All thoughts, opinions and recommendations are very much appreciated.

How do you eliminate negative "Searches Related To This" on Google?
I have a client who when you type in their company name in Google there are some negative terms in the space that says "Searches related to this" ... Is there any way to eliminate these? We are not sure why it is showing up since it has nothing to do with their company but it does look bad...
