Hello, I have a problem with tools seomoz not understand Greek Keyword. There is any solution;

Hi Alexandros,
Unfortunately, we do not currently have an update on this issue. It is a very complicated process to correct the formatting in the web app, so it is taking us some time to resolve the problem. I'm very sorry about that.
We will update the entry in our Known Issues form when we have any further information:

I'm having the same issue with Greek characters. Is there any update on this??
-
I'm seeing the exact same problem in Cyrillic.
An 11-character keyword appearing 1293 times in the body. There's not even that much text on the page!
Will email help about this.

Hi Everyone,
We actually have a known issue with some non-Latin character sets that aren't displaying properly in On Page reports, CSV files, and the Web App IU. We have had complaints about Greek, Cyrillic, Hebrew, Arabic, and some others character sets. It only affects specific characters, so we still support those languages sets in our tools. As of right now, we aren't sure when this will be fixed, but our engineers are working on the issue.
For now, you can download the export the data to a CSV, you should be able to open UTF-8 CSV files in Excel using the Text Import Wizard, which allows you to specify the encoding of the file you're opening. (Note: this may only work on PC versions of Excel)
a. To start the Text Import Wizard, on the Data tab, in the Get External Data group, click From Text. Then, in the Import Text File dialog box, double-click the text file that you want to import.
b. Under ‘Original data type’, select Delimited
c. In the ‘File origin’ drop-down, select UTF-8
d. Click [Next >]
e. Under Delimiters, select ‘Comma’
f. Click [Next >], then [Finish] and [OK] to save it under the existing worksheet
You can read more about the issue in our Known Issues forum here:

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello,
We have exactly the same problem in On-Page Optimization tool.
We're getting very high number of keyword results which is not normal. It seems that the tool cannot understand some or all greek characters?
The campaign is settled up correctly with Greek search engine and language.
Is there any solution on this?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi Nikos,
Sorry about the trouble with Greek keywords. Almost all of the newer SEOmoz tools, including the PRO platform, are enabled to handle all major character sets, including those found in Greek.
That said, a few of the older tools, such as the Rank Tracker, have trouble with certain characters. In these cases new and better tools are on the way, so the old tools probably won't be fixed.
If you are having trouble with any of the PRO tools understanding Greek, feel free to write the help team (help@seomoz.org) and let them know what words you are having trouble with and where.
Thanks for the heads up!

Nikos,
First, which tool are you trying to use? For Campaigns, Rank Tracker, keyword analysis, etc. there are options on choosing the Search Engine and the country. (Country choice is right after Search engine choice). If you could tell us of the word you are trying to use, website, etc. it would help us assist you.

Can you separate keywords in body text?
Keyword example "Best Chocolate Donuts" Could your keywords be written as "If you are always looking for the best quality ingredients, and you are a chocolate lover, you will love our donuts" Does that satisfy the keyword requirement or does it have to be exactly " We have the best chocolate donuts Chicago has to offer"

Following moz guideliness complety, will it certainly improve keyword rankings, domain authority
Hi! G’day to you. I am Naresh from Dotline Infotech. I’d like to take up couple of concerns to be clarified for my better understanding on Moz tool. Indeed, Moz is a nice SEO tool that helps in improving Search engine optimization comprehensive process. We are moz pro member since a year. Moz has equally bifurcated every SEO activity and rate it according to its own benchmark. I intend to ask a series of concerns; Q1. Moz has page grading system A to F. According to Moz guidelines, if the keywords on the page gets repeated minimum 4 times, Moz consider it as ‘A’ grading (one of Moz metric to evaluating the page). Whereas, Google indicates repetition of same keywords time and again is treated as keyword stuffing. According to me, if keywords are already within the content one or two time and furnishing relevant information, why keywords re-occurrence to be 4 time. Does the repetition of same keywords 4 times will lead to give more valuable information? Just a request to let me share why we should unnecessarily repeat keywords? Q2. As per Google guidelines, only 3 keywords can be placed in title tag and also advisable to use only one h1 tag instead of multiple. Among 3 keywords in title tag, only one main keyword can be used in H1 tag. Moz gives much weight age to that particular keyword placed in H1 tag but rest two keywords does not get any importance. I just like to know if we use three H1 tags within page, will it increase the page grading or not. Q3. Does Moz tool have its own index data or refer to Google’s ones? Q4. Following the Moz guidelines completely, will it be 100% sure all our keyword rankings, page authority, domain authority certainly be improved. Looking forward to hear you soon. Thanks

Does Keyword Tracker rank eBay links as weaker competition than they actually are?
This might be a confusing question but hopefully I can explain it well enough and someone is able to understand where I am coming from. I have used the Keyword Analysis Tool to search the keyword "alice in wonderland fancy dress", the results come back saying that the competition for this keyword is 24%, which I consider to be pretty low. When I look at the Page Authority, Page Linking, Domain Authority and Domain Linking of each site which rank in the top 10 for this keyword I see that places 4 - 7 are taken by eBay links. I then look at the bottom three places (8 - 10) and although their Page Authority and Page Linking is not very high, their Domain Authority and Domain Linking is reasonable. Based on the results I have seen for other keyword, who's overall competition % was higher than 24%, I thought to myself that these bottom three links were actually quite strong, which made me ask the question "why has this keyword got a competition % as low as 24%?". I then wonder whether it was because the Keyword Analysis Tool ranks the eBay links as weaker competition than they actually are? My question to you guys: Does Keyword Tracker rank eBay links as weaker competition than they actually are? Or can anyone explain why the competition % for this keyword is so low but the bottom three links are actually relatively strong? And how do the eBay links rank higher than these bottom three links? Yes the eBay links are relative to the keyword but these eBay links are ranking higher solely on the fact that the Domain Authority is so high and have very little SEO in relation to the keyword, does Google not recognise that the bottom three websites would be more beneficial to customers than the eBay links? And if the eBay links are ranking so high solely on the fact that the Domain Authority is so high then shouldn't they be in the top 10 for almost every product related keyword? Thanks in advance.

SEO process suggestions / keyword analysis
hi all, we've done a bit of SEO over the years for our site, and are looking to pick things up this year and spend more time on SEO. first off, we are working on revising our keyword list & would like to view what keywords specific competitors are ranking for and try to target those keywords as well. is this possible via SEOmoz (similar to spyfu)? please let me know if you feel this is a good first step in picking up our SEO efforts for the new year. i've been looking at the research tools & is seems the Keyword Difficulty Tool hasn't been fully functional for the past week or so ("Our Keyword Difficulty Tool is having issues displaying AdWords API data. We are working with the AdWords API folks to get a fix soon!"). also, i noticed i can enter competitor sites in open site explorer & compare link metrics, but i don't see anywhere to compare keyword metrics. is there something i'm missing? thanks again everyone!
