How many words in the same page creates keyword stuffing?

In the on page report indicates that the maximum is 15. What are the best? It includes keywords on title, description and images names?

The problem with "myths" like keyword count/density is that they were probably true once. In the last 90s (pre-Google), if you knew the exact density of keywords to use on any given day, you'd rank pretty well on the early search engines. It was a cat-and-mouse game. Things have changed a lot since then, though.

I don't there's a set number or even set density these days - we just try to set some rules of thumb. In some contexts, you could have a keyword 20 times and it could look natural. In others, 10 might look odd.
Typically, I think certain tags, like TITLE, may be looked at in isolation. Even 2-3 repetitions in a TITLE tag can look spammy, especially to users. It's rare that would get you in trouble with Google (they'd need to see a pattern across the site, IMO), but the extra repetitions don't usually have any value, and may actually decrease the ranking value of other, unique keywords.
In general, focus on variations and natural language. Don't get hung up on word counts.

I think there's an expert opinion in regards to a numerical quantity, but Google defines a searchable page as something that receives a lot of inbound links (and you can make the landing page have a lot of long-tail keywords that don't duplicate the original keyword as much).
If it starts reading like a content farm, I'd re-think the purpose and aim of the page.
Google also ranks based on natural language, so if it reads quirky to you, it also might cost you some search bucks. Try to write as plainly as possible, and keep the page theme-oriented. Making the pages sticky, content-fresh and keyword rich would be my aim.
Going out on a limb and throwing a number out: I'd say you can go as high as 30-40 if you have long-tail words, you use the words in different but spatially similar context, and definitely not duplicate any content from other landing pages.
Try some multi-variate testing with different saturation levels

Many pages small unique content vs 1 page with big content
Dear all, I am redesigning some areas of our website, eurasmus.com and we do not have clear what is the best

option to follow. In our site, we have a city area i.e: www.eurasmus.com/en/erasmus-sevilla which we are going
to redesign and a guide area where we explain about the city, etc...http://eurasmus.com/en/erasmus-sevilla/guide/
all with unique content. The thing is that at this point due to lack of resources, our guide is not really deep and we believe like this it does not
add extra value for users creating a page with 500 characters text for every area (transport...). It is not also really user friendly.
On the other hand, this pages, in long tail are getting some results though is not our keyword target (i.e. transport in sevilla)
our keyword target would be (erasmus sevilla). When redesigning the city, we have to choose between:
a)www.eurasmus.com/en/erasmus-sevilla -> with all the content one one page about 2500 characters unique.
b)www.eurasmus.com/en/erasmus-sevilla -> With better amount of content and a nice redesign but keeping

DAs dropped for many pages?
I recently noticed that the domain authorities dropped by 5 or 6 points for us and for our competitors. And for many other pages that I check regularly. Was the algorithm changed or is it just me?

Category Pages For Distributing Authority But Not Creating Duplicate Content
I read this interesting moz guide: http://moz.com/learn/seo/robotstxt, which I think answered my question but I just want to make sure. I take it to mean that if I have category pages with nothing but duplicate content (lists of other pages (h1 title/on-page description and links to same) and that I still want the category pages to distribute their link authority to the individual pages, then I should leave the category pages in the site map and meta noindex them, rather than robots.txt them. Is that correct? Again, don't want the category pages to index or have a duplicate content issue, but do want the category pages to be crawled enough to distribute their link authority to individual pages. Given the scope of the site (thousands of pages and hundreds of categories), I just want to make sure I have that right. Up until my recent efforts on this, some of the category pages have been robot.txt'd out and still in the site map, while others (with different url structure) have been in the sitemap, but not robots.txt'd out. How many keyword links is optimal for Press Releases?
After the Penguin update I've read differing opinions on how many keyword links is best to use in press releases. We've been using 3 different keyword links, plus our home page url brand link. Does anyone have any solid information on how many links is best in google's opinion? I hate to put too many in and have them think it's spam, or over optimizing for unnatural linking. Thanks folks! How do I best optimise a page with 3 keywords that all contain 1 common word?
I am new to this so still getting to grips with a few things. I have a page here that I want to optimise for 3 keyword phrases. Towels, Egyptian Cotton Towels, Personalised Towels http://www.towelsrus.co.uk/towels/catlist_fnct561.htm SEOmoz reports a huge number of instances of the word towels overall. Title 3 URL 1 Meta Desc 5 H1 3 H2-4 1 Body 83 B / Strong 1 IMG ALT 11 Total Keyword Usage for this Page = 108How could i restructure meta tags and descriptions to still rank for these terms but reduce the level the word towels? Similarly as this is a category how can I reduce the term towels from other on page links?Also any extra advice regarding on page optimisation would be greatly appreciated to help our efforts

How do I fix the error duplicate page content and duplicate page title?
On my site www.millsheating.co.uk I have the error message as per the question title.
