Linkscape API having bugs

Hi,
We are using the SEOMOZ Linkscape API (url-metrics and links) but the the API is not working well. We are sometimes (without any proveable reason) getting an http error with code 401. Like I said earlier it happens sometimes really often and sometimes just once.
What could be the reason for this?
We have an account with the following login seo@traffic-builders.com.

I'm sending request each 10 seconds, so it should be ok, but thanks for the advice. I will forward this post to that mail adress.

You should direct this question to api@seomoz.org or put in a support ticket.
However, there are strict rate limits on the API, so there is the potential that you are making requests too quickly.

I created/ copied the "advanced Excel Keyword Analysis Report" that Dan Peskin was kind enough to share, you can find it here: http://moz.com/blog/how-to-build-an-advanced-keyword-analysis-report-in-excel. Now i m looking for a solution to rank my Keywords by using an API, preferably the MOZ API. My keywords are alligned in a column "Keword List", which will be regularly updated. Next to this column i would like to have a column with the corresponding rank. Is there a automatic solution, or do i have to do it manually?

Couple of Moz's bugs
There are still some bugs in a new Moz: I can still find a lot of mentions of "SEOMoz", for example: in a footer, in a Q/A form (SEOMoz Resources), in a new question form (SEOmoz PRO Application, SEOmoz Tools, etc.) On a main form (http://moz.com/pro/home) sometimes my full name is not visible at all, sometimes my MozPoints are hidden (on a left top corner); There is not direct link from http://devblog.moz.com/ to a main website; Regards.

Free API
I have a problem. I got my api credencials. I use the example from this site http://www.seomoz.org/ugc/seomoz-api-lab-experiment-ajaxed-page-comparison-tool I changed the credentials data and.. All I got is Service Unavailable or Authentication failed. Do I have to add my application on http://apidash.seomoz.org/users/392511/applications to get it work? Whats wrong. API callback parameter
I'm using the free API, and would like to use jQuery to fetch the JSON data outputted by the API. I need to make a JSON-P request, and for this I need to be able to pass some form of callback parameter in the url. I'd like to know if this feature is available, and if so what parameter I need to specify in my request. Of course I could just CURL to the API, but that's really a fallback for if I can't get the data using JS. Thanks

When do I see the new Linkscape?
Hi I have seen a Tweet and item on the latest news saying that the Linkscape has been updated. I'm still seeing a report generated at the start of May though. What do I need to do to get my grubby hands on the latest data? Chris
