I'm looking for a UK seo company, any recommendations?
-
I don't want to go into a massive amount of detail here.
I need 100% whitehat link building services. Nothing shady!
Anyone have some recommendations? Budget is about £500 a month.
-
Hello David
I know someone who works for one for the biggest UK companies in SEO and he does some private stuff! He can help you if you want details etc
-
Thanks for the comments Thomas (very fair)
I run SEO training courses throughout the UK
and manage several link building campaigns for some well known (and some not so well known) UK clients
Always happy to chat, and i can also refer some UK web developers for those that are interested

UPDATE
Chris is not someone I would use
I have to say I do not know Chris but I looked at his site and it looks good. He looks like he knows what is doing I obviously cannot vouch for somebody had to not know but most people here are fairly honest and knowledgeable. The one thing Chris does have over me is he is in the UK. I will give my information if you do end up needing It. One thing I will leave you with is that conversion rate would get you one month of link building from a company called vast visionSEO http://www.vvseoco.com/seo-services.php They are employing very many ex- SEO.com guys that really know what they're talking about. I would definitely talk to Chris as he seems like a cool guy and his site is very good I'm sorry my site right now is under construction. So I think the right thing to do would endorse Chris is in the UK if you guys have an issue my Info is below. I can get you very good work for that money.
All the best,

Hi Dave,
I know that unless you're looking to work with people face-to-face it does not matter very much where they are. I have some extremely talented link builders that work for me. I could come in and under that budget depending on exactly what you're looking for everything is 100% white hat. Let me know if you would be interested. I am in the United States. The reason you get them for less money is from what I understand the conversion rate would be roughly $700 to be on the safe side pending 100% on what you want I know I can get good work done for you 100% white hat with proven portfolios.

SEO Guidelines for Partner Links
We decided to follow an aggressive strategy with cross linking. We have cross linked all all the 6 different brands just above the header of a News Portal. You could see what i mean here www.in.gr
Industry News | | DOLdatacenter
Do you think that i should enable the nofollow so as not to get penalized by Google. We tend to use the same cross network linking scheme (in the header) for all branded sites. Google’s guidance on link schemes doesn’t specifically address these types of partner links, which don’t really fit the mold for “excessive link exchanging.” Thoughts appreciated.0 -
Question on 100% 'not provided' what are people seeing?
I've been curious what other SEO professionals have been seeing in their own analytics since the industry news came out that Google has gone to "100% not provided." I've definitely seen a steady rise in 'not provided' data across the board since about July but no sudden spikes and still not 100%. Looking at one specific website this morning for the month of October to date in GA, and segmenting out organic traffic from just Google, I'm seeing about 85% not provided. Looking at just today (Monday) it is 88%. So over time it is definitely trending up, and I expect it will be greater than 90% by the end of October. Just curious if that is consistent with what others are seeing? Has anyone truly gotten to 100% of Google Organic traffic at 100%?

What skills I need for a valuable SEO job
Hello, I want to get a valuable SEO job, something part time - 20 hours a week about, a top notch position - not an entry level $15/hour position. I'm in Boise Idaho. Will you look at my credentials and let me know what additional skills I need to get a good position?: I've been doing SEO since the mid 90s A lot of experience with on-site optimization. One to two years experience with quality content marketing and link building. I regular help write content that is fantastic and use buzzstream and Citation labs to push the content hard. Two years experience writing content that is high quality. six years doing ecommerce seo moderate facebook and twitter experience. I've helped create many facebook pages, and I have moderate experience as to how to best post and optimize on facebook. I've been doing twitter for about a year and have recently learned how to use it to push content or to gain traffic. I know just enough google plus for authorship and building out an account. Lots of experience with keyword research using keyword discovery and Google's tools. A lot of web design experience, mainly html, css, a little javascript and a little php I know my way around Adwords, and I've done about 10 large campaigns. My PCC experience is lacking I know good writing and grammar skills for writing and developing content. Graphical experience with photoshop, fireworks, Adobe Illustrator, of course also excel and word. 6 years of ecommerce customer service experience A couple years of using Open Site Explorer including competitive analysis and link building I may have left some things out. But that's most of it. What areas do I need to master more to get a great SEO job?

Direct is taking over my SEO traffic in Mobile iOS and Android Devices
WIth all the buzz of mobile has anyone taken a look to dig into the SEO traffic by device (desktop vs mobile). Well I did and surprising my desktop trend was not even close to mobile traffic. Surprising to know that due to the security updates in iSO and Android organic traffic (traffic with out tracking codes) is getting bucket into Direct. (Yes we all know Direct traffic is dirty dirty label traffic that analytics platforms can identify.)http://www.rimmkaufman.com/blog/estimating-google-organic-search-visits-hidden-by-ios-6/17122012/http://www.definemg.com/recover-your-android-4-and-ios-search-traffic/ Feels like SEO is receiving no love... didn't we have enough with Google encryption, we didn't get the keyword but at least got the referral! Have you notice in your traffic and what are you doing about it?

Can't seem to submit my xml sitemap to Baidu, can someone help?
Hello Mozers and SEM's, I'm sure all of you know and understand the importance of uploading your sitemap to search engines. Once search engine in particular is Baidu. For some reason, i can't find a way to submit my link www.mysite.com/sitemap.xml. For Google, Bing, and Yandex it was easy, but Baidu is giving me problems. Don't tell me to "wait until they crawl your site", i have over 1000+ pages of unique content that those other 3 search engines found because of my sitemap; Baidu can't be that slow. Their robots only found 147 pages. 😞 If you take a look at the image attachment, you can see why I'm stuck, i can't read chinese! (and it's an image, so i couldn't translate it). Has anybody had any luck submitting their .xml link into Baidu? Can someone walk me through it? Let me know! Shawn xILP69w

I'm looking for a freelance SEO ninja who I can pull into client projects from time to time. Any advice?
My company helps health care providers with internet and social strategy and solutions. At times, my clients need SEO services and I need a trusted and skilled pro to turn to who I can collaborate with on behalf of my clients. I may even be interested in putting together an SEO package for my clients if I can find the right person/agency to work with. Thanks for any help/advice you can offer.

SEO Certification + SEO Experience = Ideal SEO Consultant ???
Since the responsibilities of SEO have increased so much, I think there has to be a kind of basic industry wide Certification / Degree system. Many people may argue that experince is much more important than certification but how about like any other trade or profession; we have (1) SEO Certification PLUS (2) SEO Experience for the Internet Marketers. One of the reasons, I get so many calls from people that they claim they are SEO experts and they are trying to sell their services to us, but when you talk with them, you can easily tell that they do not have any knowledge about it. But they sell the service to business owners that do not understand SEO. It is very sad to see small business owners believe those people.. and I understand it is business owners responsibility to check the background & portfolio of SEO agency, but wouldn't it be nice to have another credential that they can ask "are you also certified SEO"? what do you think about "Certified SEO" or "Certified Internet Marketing Consultant" concept? can there be an international or national organization to coordinate and superwise the certifications? Thanks, Lewis
