"You've recently updated your brand rules. We're fetching your new data, and we should have it ready for you within the hour."
I didnt change a thing since i started this campaign two-three weeks ago ...

I'm glad to hear the issue seems to be gone! Definitely let us know if you see it happening again.
Best of luck,

I clear my cache and cookies several times a Day! The problem dissappeared today. Funny stuff. But Thanks

Hi Gentlemen,
I've looked at the campaigns on all three of your accounts and I'm not seeing the Brand Rules message on any of the campaigns. I would recommend that you try clearing your cache and cookies, then shut down and reopen the browser and log back into the site. If you are still seeing the message after that, it would be helpful if you send in the campaign information and a screenshot to help@seomoz.org so we can have our engineers look into the issue.
I hope this helps. Please let us know at help@seomoz.org if you're still running into any problems.

Me too. As with Jason, my site is brand new. I'd be interested in the answer.

I get this as well. Curious of the answer.
It should be noted that it is a new site and gets no traffic (i have been assuming this was the cause).

Unsolved Keyword Rank History chart has missing data for periods of time
Hello, When I look at the rank history for a particular keyword, there are missing gaps in the data. For example, the keyword was fluctuating around rank 10-20 from Jan 2022 to July 2022. Then suddenly the line on the graph disappears. It starts tracking again in Oct 2022 starting at rank 16. It almost appears as if Moz lost track of the keyword for some time. Other tracked keywords did not experience the same issue during this time. Then as a result, Moz reporting will say the tracked keyword moved up in ranking 40+. What is happening here? I'm unsure how to explain this activity to my clients.

When is the Chrome MOZ-toolbar going to be updated? It flaws into other website designs.
Hey, The MOZ toolbar destroys the layout of a lot of sites, which makes it very annoying always switching from top to buttom, then back up, etc. from website to website. This doesn't happen here, but on really a lot of other websites.

This shouldn't take that much time to fix, could it? Please let me know when we could expect an upgrade, or at least let us know, that you are aware of the problem. Regards,

Domain & Page Authority of brand new site?
Something I always do to assess how easy/difficult it will be for a clients site to rank against competitors is to compare domain and page authority scores with the scores of the competitors on page 1. This is great when Moz have spidered my clients site and can provide scores but what about where a clients site is brand new with only a few natural links? Anyone suggest a ball park figures for Domain authority on brand new websites?

Your opinion on this opportunity's difficulty?
I'm building a tool for mechanical engineers, and I'm trying to find 10 low-competition keywords to target in my first few content marketing efforts. I've got a lot of maneuvering room, so (with a bit of expert advice) I bet I'll be able to find some low-hanging fruit. Here's what I've found: Most keywords are seem to have about 40% difficulty. What's the highest level of SEOmoz "keyword difficulty" that a new website should reasonably try for? Some ranking high-authority pages are don't appear to be targeted at the term Is it fair to say that I could beat any page with less than a 'C' ranking for on-page optimization? (Assuming I target the term with general best practices)* Thanks! If you're interested, here is my current process: Go on engineering blogs for keywords Use Wordstream's Keyword Suggestion Tool for ideas around it Use Google Keyword Tools for keywords above 50 searches in direct match Use SEOmoz Keyword difficulty report, looking more deeply at keywords under <50% If I can find a top 10 page that's less than 30PA and less than 40DA, or has less than 'C' ranking for on-page optimization, I consider the keyword achievable within 3mo, using general best practices. *Except for YouTube/Wikipedia/etc
