E-commerce product and review pages

Hi,
Can somebody tell me what is the best solution for optimizing review pages of product for e-commerce site?
For now situation is this:
When somebody write review for product, url-s automatically generate for review page.
Review page has same page title, meta description (which is the product description) as product page and link with anchor (excact product name) point back to orginal product.
The problem is that I often see in SERP that actually review pages rank better than original product pages.

Without seeing the site it is harder to answer, but if it is possible to have the Schema on the actual product page, I think that would be better for you. Are you saying right now the CMS generates review schema when there is a review for a product? Or you sure you are not just using product Schema??

Yes, when someone give a review CMS automatically generate new page.
We using Schema already. I don't know it's good idea to have reviews on different URL or I should put redirect to product page (and also to have all reviews on product page)?

My suggestion would be to use review Schema as opposed to review pages. I am assuming you are using some type of CMS that is giving you a page? We use schema on a lot of different sites and find it invaluable and we believe that Google wants that adoption to take place along with other search engines. Using Schema (or another microformat) you are able to see the review on the product or service page.
Along with what ForzaHost says about reviews ranking higher, I would say that a similar page with review schema will outrank one without any day.

Hello, In my experience, reviews will usually rank higher than the product itself simply because people tend to search for reviews on what they're looking to purchase before they go looking to purchase it, that's if they already know what they're going to purchase. Thanks.

Ecommerce product page duplicate content
Hi, I know this topic has been covered in the past but I haven't been able to find the answers to this specific thing. So let's say on a website, all the product pages contain partial duplicate content - i.e. this could be delivery options or returning policy etc. Would this be classed as duplicate content? Or is this something that you would not get concerned about if it's let's say 5-10% of the content on the page? Or if you think this is something you'd take into consideration, how would you fix it? Best place for tutorial videos on e-commerce site
Just wondering where I should put my tutorial videos on my e-commerce site. I have two options 1. On the category pages - this makes sense as the videos are related to the products within the category 2. Create a help section of the website that would host all the help videos. Which would be better for ranking and usability? Thanks

Why isn't our site being shown on the first page of Google for a query using the exact domain, when its pages are indeed indexed by Google
When I type our domain.com as a query into Google, I only see one of our pages on the homepage, and it's in 4th position. It seems though, that all pages of the site are indexed by google when I type in the query "site:domain.com". There was an issue at the site launch, where the robots.txt file was left active for around two weeks. Would this have been responsible for the fact that another domain ranks #1 when we type in our own domain? It has been around a couple of months now since the site was launched. Thanks in advance.

Google Indexed = 35, 445 pages, Bing Indexed = 243 pages... Why?
Dear MozSquad, Can anyone check our site and let me know if there's anything super apparent that would cause Bing to treat us like a bum on the street? I recently made some structural changes which really helped with Google, but Bing didn't even budge. It's a lot harder to keep up with all the SEO initiatives I have in mind with it being a small start-up where I'm responsible for planning the entire Internet Marketing campaign, giving constant input on UX and site design, etc on top of 900 other things, so I figured it'd be a good time to use The Moz to help a brother out. How do I cure 'overly dynamic' url's on an e-commerce website?
I've just launched an e-commerce website selling hosiery and have received aa report from SEO Moz regarding overly dynamic URL's. How do I resolve this issue - in words of one syllable please, I'm new to SEO! How much copy should there be on an e-commerce category page?
I'm not looking for a precise number, obviously. I'm more interested in a general range. More text means more long-tail and synonym opportunities, but of course you don't want too much copy above the fold, pushing your products down. Maybe you can get away with a short paragraph or two at the top of the page. You can always put more copy below the products, but in a recent SEOmoz e-commerce webinar, the presenter seemed to think that was silly and unnecessary. He even suggested that the algo might intentionally ignore text below products, since it's clearly not intended to be read. What do you think?

On Page Optimisation Reports

Secondly sorry if the answer to this is blatently obvious! In the process of trying to optimise my landing pages, I am using On Page Optimisation reports. I have several (ok lots) with F grades which is not surprising as the landing page is not the landing page optimised for a certain keyword. If I change the landing page to the one that I have for a certain keyword then hey presto A or B grade (clever me)! Now here's the thing - presumably the landing page that is listed by default is the one that Google "sees" for a particular keyword. How do I change this if I can or do I have to be patient or am I just being plain daft?! Many thanks0 -
SEO Value of Within-Page Links vs. Separate Pages
Title says it all. Assuming that you're talking about similar content (let's say, widgets), which is better: using within-page links for variations or using separate pages? I.e., do we have a widget page and then do in-page links to describe green, blue, and red widgets, or separate pages for each type of widget? In-page pro: more content on a single page, thus more keywords, key phrases, and general appearance of real content. In-page con: Jakob Neilsen says they're confusing. Also, for SEO, you only get one page title, rather than a separate page title for each. My personal bias is for in-page, since I hate creating dozens of short pages for what could be on one page, but my suspicion is that separate pages are better for SEO.
