Hey Teemu,
Thanks for writing in and sorry that you are having some issues with the Historical PageRank tool. Unfortunately, this is an older tool that we don't no longer support so it can sometimes be buggy. We do keep this tool available because sometimes the tool can still provide data with great value, but I'm afraid that it oftentimes does not work properly. I'm really sorry about that!
I just tested out the tool for a handful of URLs. For some it brought up data on the first try, but others required submitting the URL a few times, but I did eventually get data for all of the URLs so I would recommend retrying the tool a few times if you don't see an update immediately.
If you’d like to leave feedback about the tool, a great place for that would be in the SEOmoz Feature Request Forum. That is the forum our product team uses to prioritize tools and requests.
Thanks for your understanding! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Seems buggy. You have to try several times then you get a result.
-
I have not used it in a year or so, but I remember I always had to try 3 - 5 times.
I also think I remember reading somewhere, google asked people to stop or they revoked access to historical PR data.
But I could have dreamed that....

Crawl Diagnostics - Historical Summary
As we've been fixing errors on our website, the crawl diagnostic graphs have been showing great results (top left to bottom right for errors). The problem is the graphs themselves aren't very pretty. I can't use them in my internal reports (all internal reports are standardised colours/formats). Is there anyway of exporting the top level summary with historic data so the graphs can be recreated in company colours? I don't want the detailed CSV breakdown of what errors occurred, but rather than on X date there were Y errors, the next month Z errors and so forth. The data must already be in the SEOMoz system in order to create the graphs themselves - I was hoping this can be made available to us if it isn't already? Does anyone know if there is already a way of doing this? I've tried to 'inspect element' and find the underlying data in the source code but to no avail, and can't see any exports that would do this. Thanks in advance Dean

Why can't I change the domain being tracked in my campaign?
Apologies if this has already been answered a million times and/or if I'm posting this in the wrong place... I did look, but couldn't find the answer anywhere... I just realized that all this time I have been tracking www.mydomain.com in my campaign for a long time now, while I should probably have been tracking *.mydomain.com. I wanted to change this, but it looks like I can't. If I have to set up a whole new campaign, with all of the same keywords, competitive sites to track, etc., that will take forever. Why can't I just change it so that my campaign starts tracking *.mydomain.com instead of www.mydomain.com from now on? Thank you!

You've recently updated your brand rules. We're fetching your new data, and we should have it ready for you within the hour.
Why do i always see this message when entering a certain campaign? "You've recently updated your brand rules. We're fetching your new data, and we should have it ready for you within the hour." I didnt change a thing since i started this campaign two-three weeks ago ...

Question to SEOMOZ when will the On-Page Optimization tool be Updated
Hi, When will your On-page Optimization Tool be updated to reflect the Over Optimization Penalty which is coming. I would think that grading out at an 'A' will have adverse effects.

SEOMoz Pro still hasn't crawled 10k pages for one campaign
I looked for a question in the forum already for this but couldn't find anything. Perhaps I am using the wrong keywords, so I apologize if this is a duplicate. I recently signed up with SEOMoz Pro and added two campaigns. For one campaign, 10,000 pages were crawled. For the other campaign, only about 300. It's been 2 weeks since I created the campaigns. Is there a way to force a crawl of the site associated with the second campaign?

What's the best research tool for measuring blogger outreach success?
I'm looking for the best MOZ Pro research tool to track the success of our fledgling blogger outreach/link building efforts. Should we use Open Site Explorer's "Full List of Link Metrics", or is there something better or more granular for counting and analyzing inbound blog links? Thanks!
