Domain Does Not Respond To Web Requests'
-
i see this problem happens for a few ppl but reading the responses i still couldn't figure it out.
im trying to set up my first campaign but im getting this error message.
Roger has detected a problem:
We have detected that the domain www.homebrew.ie does not respond to web requests. Using this domain, we will be unable to crawl your site or present accurate SERP information.
im technologically challenged (in other words im useless on computers)
so any simple advice would be appreciated
cheers

Hey Donal,
Thanks for the question! That message can sometimes come up if there's just a slow response on the initial site validation ping. It can sometimes be indicative of a greater issue, but if you confirm the site is responding to requests and you aren't blocking anything you shouldn't be, then I would just hit continue and it should crawl just fine.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
Cheers,
Joel.

SEOmoz PRO: How to manage a Site with 2 languages on the same domain - without mixing up data?
I want to track a "rootdomain" that has two languages on it, the english version is in a subfolder /en/ 1. http://website.de
Moz Pro | | inlinear
2. http://website.de/en/ I want to manage and track each language-version isolated. So I will setup:
1. http://website.de as campaign DE - german
= as Root Domain
But as there are links to the /en/ Subfolder these data will also be included in all reports. And there is still no option in SEOmoz PRO to exclude folders or even urls.?! This will be bad when wanting a clear report of just one Language Version. 2. http://website.de/en as campaing EN - english
To track as "Subfolder" will not work beacause this option will only consider exactly this subfolder... So is there a way to see data just only for one language Version?0 -
Domain authority drop
Hi SEOmoz gurus, The last 2 months I am seeing a drop in the Domain authority for some of my clients. Some of them are old sites. Some are new (less than 6 months old) For the old sites I thought the reason for the drop might be caused by discounting the value of low quality backlinks. But this cannot be the case for the new sites - they have high quality backlinks from newspapers and I can't make any sense of the drop. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Might this be caused by a change in SEOmoz algorithm? Thanks!

Is there a way to get the domain authority of a subdomain?
For example, www.storage-mart.com and us.storage-mart.com both show the same DA in OSE. I believe it's the DA of the root domain. How can I compare the DA of the 'www' and 'us' subdomains?

Can you change RankTracker's setting?
Is it possible to change RankTrackers settings to see if my keywords are in the top 500 spots instead of only the top 50?

How can authority of the page be higher then authority of the domain?
In the opensite explorer most of the links that I see have a higher domain authority and lower page authority which makes sense to me because I thought that domain authority is an aggregate of its pages authority. But apperently I was wrong because sometimes I see that the page authority is greater then its domain? How could that be?

Localize Web App
Is there a way to "localize the web app"? In other words, get ranking results based on a location? I pecked around the forum and documentation but couldn't find anything. Any plans to move in this direction? I'm getting wildly different results based on browser location settings. Any thoughts are welcome.

Tracking a british (.co.uk) domain
I tried to track a british domain and it looks like SEOMOZ interprets it as a subdomain as it has a XX.co.uk address. When I list it as a subdomain, it says that the domain is not responding (i guess coz its pining co.uk. What do I do to create a profile?
