Number of pages to target per Keyword
-
Hello, I Want Help my company with our webpage we are "manufacturers" and "wholesale Suppliers" our products are "Transponder Keys", "Automotive Door Locks".
On my keyword research on Adwords I Found
"Transponder Key" = 1600 Exact Global Searches so, long tail Keywords like "Transponder Key Manufacturer" have less Searches but are less competitive.
I´m trying to Target
"Transponder Key Manufacturer""Transponder Key Supplier"
"Transponder Key"Main Question, when you do SEO for webpage, all your seo campaign goes for 1 webpage, example
www.example.com/new_seo_content.html
or one page for groups of similar keywords like
Transponder key, transponder key manufacturer, transponder key supplier

Thank you for the explanation. very clear and that is what i want know.
Knowing my history, what we are and we do, you guys think that this 3 Keywords are the best to target?, or do you have any suggestion. thanks a lot.

Hi Edison,
Your question isn't very clear, but I will attempt to answer it the best I can.
You can target more the one keyword to a page OR multiple pages to a keyword. Generally I would only target one to three keywords per page depending on the similarity of the key phrases and the competitiveness. For best practice, generally one keyword per page is best.
On a first attempt I would only work with one page for any one key phrase. I have seen multiple pages from the one site rank on the first page for competitive keywords, but it is challenging.
Hope this helps,
Dan

Still possible to target keywords?
If you're a professional SEO and a client wants to target certain keywords, other than on-page tweaks what else is there? Or am I right in presuming there's nothing you can do off-page any more?

Root or Inner page for Links?
Hi everyone, I am starting my link building campaign after parting with many an SEO company. I have been able to establish some links which I have used my targeted keywords as anchor text. I have also linked these to the relevant product pages on my site. I am now however, wondering if I should have link them just to my main domain name? My site only has a rank of 21 so I just wondered if I should at the start be building keyword links to the main domain? I am also building branded links to the main domain as well as doing keyword linking too. Thanks Michelle

When searching for high quality links, in a niche area such as real estate, does page rank factor into a search or is page / domain authority the most important factor?
After having employed many different methods for finding good link partners I am now finding it more difficult to reach out and identify good quality links for a niche area such as real estate. Does page rank factor into the search much or is it better to focus on page / domain authority as a major factor?

How useful/ damaging is it to have links repeated on every page ?
Our site is dynamic in nature we have tens of thousands of indexed pages with numerous individual brands pages - all of the brand pages are equally important. We are trying to distribute link juice to those pages as much as possible - so my question is --- Is it smart and or useful or perhaps damaging or spammy to have a space on the bottom of each page throughout our site with links to each and every single brand page ? is this practice considered as duplicate content etc ?

PPC Landing pages and SEO landing pages query
We do a fair amount of work on PPC and because of this a lot of our PPC landing pages also do quite well in SEO. We are thinking that the landing pages do well because they get a lot of traffic from PPC and therefore, maybe google can index and take note of these pages quicker? The pages that usually shoot right up the rankings are new pages used for long tailed keywords. So I have a few questions: Does the traffic from PPC actually have any effect on SEO rankings? If we were to create a page that was to act solely as an SEO landing page, would google take note if there was no traffic? Would simply linking from our main site to the landing page be enough to give it a bit of authority, in which we can build upon? Thanks in advance.
