Crawl erros I don't understand
-
Hi all, after my website is crawled SEMOZ has alerted me about some errors (28 exactly) with the same problem:
At the end of the URL you can see "Piensa_Piensa" which I haven't added at all.
It's present in all URLs that have reported as error by SEOMOZ.
The CMS that has been used to create the website is wordpress.
what does it mean?
Many thanks

It's one hell of a Swiss Army knife for webmasters & SEOs huh? Another big fan here too. (But like all powerful tools - ya gotta know what to ask it and how to interpret the results in order to get the most from it - which you did.)

Thanks Paul - I can't take most of the credit - got to give it up to the guys at Screaming Frog - love the spider

Hey Juan Miguel - Mark did a great job of quickly finding the error for you and explaining how to fix it. Would be great to mark his post as a "helpful answer" to give him a bit of extra credit for his help

Nice catch, Mark.

Basically, SEOMoz is crawling your site and telling you they found these errors. There errors were found by following internal links.
I took a quick look at the code on your site, and in the social icon buttons in the header of your pages at the top right, for the Twitter icon, you are linking to yourself, to piensa_piensa - here is the code
class="social-icon"><a <span="" class="webkit-html-attribute-name">target</a><a <span="" class="webkit-html-attribute-name">="_blank" href="</a>Piensa_Piensa ">src="http://piensapiensa.com/wp-content/themes/modernize-v3-11/images/icon/dark/social/twitter.png" alt="twitter"/>
Your href is piensa_piensa - this is adding this text to the URL of every page - correct this link and this error will be fixed - either use # until you link to your Twitter account, or link to your proper address of the twitter account. This will solve your problem.
Good luck,
Mark

What are good tests to propose different SEO agencies when you're trying to vet them?
We are trying to narrow down our SEO agency list and I was told to propose 5 different tests. I'm not sure where to start. I also want these tests to help me understand what these companies can do for mine.

Duplicate Content with ?Page ID's in WordPress
Hi there, I'm trying to figure out the best way to solve a duplicate content problem that I have due to Page ID's that WordPress automatically assigns to pages. I know that in order for me to resolve this I have to use canonical urls but the problem for me is I can't figure out the URL structure. Moz is showing me thousands of duplicate content errors that are mostly related to Page IDs For example, this is how a page's url should look like on my site Moz is telling me there are 50 duplicate content errors for this page. The page ID for this page is 82 so the duplicate content errors appear as follows and so on. For 47 more pages. The problem repeats itself with other pages as well. My permalinks are set to "Post Name" so I know that's not an issue. What can I do to resolve this? How can I use canonical URLs to solve this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Keyword density and it's impact?
How beneficial is properly optimised text on your website? I have been reading copy blogger and they seem to think it's almost the foundations and can have a massive impact - thus their software for improving optimised text. So... The way I see it, content can fit into 3 areas: 1. Over optimised - keyword stuffed 2. Produced without the keyword in mind and then small changes, maybe the keyword used once or twice within 500 words, slotted into the h1 tag. 3. Optimised - At the front of the h1 tag, density of roughly 3-4%, emphasised with bold and italic. What kind of impact can number 3 really have on rankings? If your position 7/8 could it be possible to see position movement from content changes? Cheers

My Images Aren't Indexed By Goolge
My site is indexed by google, and there hasn't really been much of a problem with my content, but now I am noticing that none of our images are coming up in the images searches of google. I mean none. I have even typed in the alt text of the image verbatim and nothing shows up. I use wordpress if this helps anyone. Any advice would be awesome, Thanks a lot.

Crawling - Blue Notice - Canonical
Hi, I have 270x blue notices within crawl diagnostics in SEOMoz Pro labelled rel=canonical. My site has the rel=canonical tag set-up as I was advised to do so. See www.comparecurrency.co.uk Are these notices suggesting I have to remove the tag? Can somebody please explain this notice to me .. Thanks Olly
