Spacing after list items in Q&A
-
Hey Moz
The Q&A interface lacks any spacing after a HTML list item so it makes things look a bit messy. It looks right when being edited but wrong when posted so.
- example list
- more list
- list keeps going
Paragraph after bullet list with no space.
- example list
- more list
- list keeps going
Paragraph after number list with no space.
Any chance of fixing that? It will make posts more readable and satisfy those of us fussy enough to go back in and edit posts so they are laid out correctly. (Sorry, I am English, I can't help myself).
Cheers!

Thanks for the detailed feedback everyone! Responsive design is on our list for feature additions in the near future. I'll also make sure that these issues are addressed. Thanks for your patience, and we do appreciate these examples and explanations.
-
Yep, same here. Not a great experience on android or iphone.
-
I find that the line width in Q&A is so long that when viewed on my smartphone at full line width the text is too small to read. Enlarging and then pushing the screen right-left is very slow reading so I have almost stopped visiting on a smartphone (iPhone).
-
Yep, that's it, seems it only effects the responses and not the main post.
-
Well that is weird, it worked in the question. I wonder if it will work in the responses which is where I noticed it.
- another example
- and another
I expect no gap here.

New Website & DA Score
We are preparing to build a new website for a branch of our company. According to Neil Patel (whom I highly respect) our DA should come in around 30 (categorizing us as a startup, see chart below). So I ask: Why do our current sites DA Score below 30? (20 & 29 respectively) Our sites were redesigned in 2013 and are responsive, pass the Google Mobile Friendly test and I've improved load speed by over 25% by compressing images. I have used Moz as guidance for 10 months on both 7 + yo sites, HP.com is 14 yo, our pages score in the high 90's and I have disavowed bad backlinks for 6 months (now only every other month). I thought we would be in or close to the 50 range by 2017 after a solid year of improvements, but I don't see that happening. Our scores go up a point or two, then back down, we have floundered 2 points either way for 10 months. Most important question: What do I do now to raise our DA? Lastly, my plan is to take all the lessons learned from the past years and apply it to the new site, measure the success and then redesign the other two sites in accordance to the new model. But that may be a year away. KJr www.heritageprinting.com www.heritageprintingcharlotte.com | DA | Rating |

| 1-10 | Poor – Your site is young and weak. You have a lot of growing to do. |
| 11-20 | Decent. Your site isn’t stellar, but you’re doing better. It would be good to grow. |
| 21-30 | Fair. Your site shows signs of SEO, but there are many things you can and should do to improve. |
| 31-40 | Competitive. A lot of startups find themselves in this DA range. It’s not bad, and you’re beginning to get close to the sweet spot. |
| 41-50 | Good. Now, you’re getting somewhere. This is a nice place to be, and many good e-commerce sites find themselves squarely in this category. |
| 51-60 | Strong. As you swing out of the lower half of the scale, you’re beginning to get much healthier. This is a good place to be. |
| 61-70 | Excellent. A DA at this level represents a great site with a lot of recognition, a lot of link backs, and a considerable authority in its niche. Many .edus are in this space. |
| 71-80 | Outstanding. You’re dominating in the SERPs and owning your niche. Quick Sprout is a 73. |
| 81-90 | Very outstanding. You’re in the upper echelons of authority. You can consider yourself to have arrived. |
| 91-100 | Rare. These sites are household names — Wikipedia, Facebook, New York Times, etc. Your site will probably never attain this level. Only a miniscule fraction of a percentage of sites on the Internet ever get this high. | https://www.quicksprout.com/2014/04/09/how-to-score-your-websites-seo-in-10-minutes-or-less/0 -
Duplicate Content & Rel Canonical Tag not working
I'm really questioning the legitimacy of the duplicate content flags with moz. I'm building a website that sells home decor products and a lot of the pages are similar in structure (As would be expected with a store that sells thousands of individual products). It seems a little overkill to me to flag the following pages as duplicate content. They have different urls, titles, h1, h2, and h3 tages, different meta tags, etc. Right now, it's saying that the following have duplicate page content: http://www.countryporchhomedecor.com

http://countryporchhomedecor.com/park-designs/rag-rugs/redmon-rag-rug-36x6 Any ideas? Also, it seems like it's not honoring the rel-canonical tag. It keeps saying that pages with a rel canonical tag are duplicates when some of the urls that it's flagging shouldn't even be indexed because of the canonical tag. Automatically Check List of Sites For Links To Specific Domain
Hi all, Can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to put in a list of about 200 domains that are then checked for a link back to a specific domain? I know I can do various link searches and use Google site: command on a site by site basis, but it would be much quicker if there was a tool that could take the list of domains I am expecting a link on and then find if that link exists and if so on what page etc. Hope this makes sense otherwise I have to spend a day doing it by hand - not fun! Thanks,

Q&A alert e-mails no longer contain links back to the question referenced in the e-mail
How does everyone feel about no longer having direct links back to questions we may have answered or asked in the e-mails? Until just recently when somebody commented on a question you had commented on easily you were able to click a link and see if it was maybe another question for you if you had not been clear enough the first time or if you needed to give more info whatever the need you had a link directly to The question referenced in the email. Now all I can do is click on the person's profile which unfortunately does not get me back to Q&A to reply if needed to any questions. I have to go through all the steps again and find it strange why you guys would remove the link going straight to the question being referenced in the email. PS I love you and look the at new e-mails they look great. This is not anything big, but it was a nice advantage, and I will happily give up for all the great stuff you guys are giving us now. However if it would not be a burden I would love to see you back in their how does everyone else feel? Sincerely, Thomas Von Zickell

I have had ro resubmit my sitemap to google, Bing & yahoo. Does SEOmoz automatically pic that up?
Hi there I am monitoring this website for a client: www.smsquality.com Someone on their side had gone and blocked the sitemap from being crawled and also in some form or another removed it as well. (Confusing I know) However I have gone and recreated the sitemat for these guys allowing robots to crawl the site, resubmitted it to all major search engines. My question is; Will SEOmoz be ableto crawl the site like it usually does and give me proper results for my Keywords placed into the Keywords Capmaign as well as give me Onsite page crawls using these keywords with proper results? Thanks in Advance Ray
