I dont have much experience with any of them , so cant personally recommend one over the other. That said I think wpmu plugin comes with support , so if you are already using that why not reach out to support and ask them whats the best way to resolve your issue ?

I was using the last one but i am having lots of troubles with css and configurations.
The others you are mention have very little downloads less then 1000, i am not sure if they are reliable.

Self-Generated Backlinks Question
I'm kinda new to the whole backlinks thing. My company does website design and we have, historically, included a statement in the Footer of the websites stating "Website by Our Company" linking back to our own website. Should we be NoFollowing these links? Are they hurting us in any way? Are there any best practices for this?

Does anyone know how to find functions/codes/etc in WordPress?
Right now, I'm working on solving a relatively easy WP issue (easy, because someone told me what to do. Thanks iNetSeo). I have to replace: <span class="post_date"></span class="post_date"> and replace it with <span class="post_date date="" updated"=""></span class="post_date> But, I can't find the "_<span class="post_date">"</span class="post_date">_For a number of my WP problems, the hardest part is just located the code/function/markup I need to replace. Does anyone know where this might usually be stored on a website? Also, does anyone know if there's any tool that would allowed to just put "various function" in a search box, and wordpress take you to where it was on the backend of your site, so you could edit it? I included a screenshot of our editors, but I already opened them all, pasted the code in Ctrl-F to no avail, but maybe I missed something. Thanks for helping with my frustrating scavenger hunt! Switching over to wordpress
Hello fellow Mozers! I've searched to see if I find an answer, cant seem to find it. Is there a way to do a blanket 301 redirect? I am moving a site that has all pages end with .html extension over to wordpress. I was wondering if I could set up a rule that says redirect all pages with .html extension to a version of the page with no extension. I will keep the same url with the exception of the .html extension. http://www.website.com/page.html to http://www.website.com/page/

http://www.website.com/page-title.html to http://www.website.com/page-title/ Instead of doing a 301 redirect for about 250 pages, I was wondering if I can just do one rule that will handle all the redirects considering I am keeping the same page url without the .html extension. Thanks 🙂0 -
How to put 'Link to this article' HTML code at bottom of article & is it helpful?
Hello, I was thinking about putting a box down at the bottom of my client's main articles that let's the reader easily copy the html code it takes to link to the article they're reading. Maybe I'd put it after the author bio. Do any of you do this? If so, what format do you use? It has to look nice of course. This is a non-techie industry. Thanks.

Is there a Consultant out there to help convert C#.net functions into PHP Wordpress functions?
We are going through a transition from SiteFinity (C# .net windows environment) to WordPress (PHP Linux environment). We currently have custom forms that make calls to webservices and also store data into SQL Server tables. Not sure how to do this in PHP and could use some help. We are located in Irvine, CA. We would prefer someone onsite, but can also work with someone remote if we must. Time is of the essence. Thanks.

Does using Wordpress Multisite have any negative SEO impact?
I manage multiple websites in Wordpress and the idea of managing them all under one Wordpress install is very attractive. Are there any dangers SEO-wise to doing so? I know that all of the sites would live under the same IP address, but that's not something I'm really concerned with anyway because I don't do a lot of inter-linking between the sites. Thanks for your help! -El Juano

Wordpress vs. mvc framework
What's the benefits of choosing an mvc framework such as codeigniter or cakephp over wordpress? Wordpress has so many plugins, and a universally known UI for customers, it just saves a ton of time. However, a lot of the 'big guys' like SEOmoz and Distilled(?) use Cakephp and other mvc frameworks so it has me wondering what the benefits are...... anyone?
