No Local & Global Search Volumes Next to Competition%
-
Hi everyone at Moz,
I am quite happy with the Moz tool but am surprised that search volumes do not seem available...
What is the current status of the situation described in the Q&A below?
http://moz.com/community/q/why-does-the-keyword-difficulty-tool-shows-no-search-volume
When handling avg. of 1000 keywords and paying for a tool to calculate volume, competition & KEI I find it weird and annoying to find this information is not available.
Does this mean that for each keyword one would have to enter it in the Google adwords keyword tool
Thanks for your much needed help on this matter as this is difficult to sell to my clients and I need to make final Keyword choices soon and have no data availble.
Greetings,
Fries

Hi Fries,
Search volumes are now available as we are using Bings Adwords API. Unfortunately Belgium is not one of the countries supported by the API yet, however Google Adwords can pull data for you.
Here is a list of supported countries for Bings API, hopefully they will be able to add more soon.

Local SEO and Penguin
All, One of my client's sites was hit by Penguin. The business has lost almost all of its organic rankings but is still holding on for a handful of local searches for some of its satellite offices. We've built a new site and are slowly building domain authority. My question is this: at what point do I swap out the new site's location URL for the old URL in Google places? I don't want to risk the existing local placement which is all they have left for the time being. Thanks, John

What hosting companies do you use & do you use dedicated servers
I am hoping the community of semoz will help me in deciding what hosting company i should use as there are hundreds of them. I have asked previously about dedicated servers but was shocked to have only received one responce. Recently i have been having nothing but problems with my hosting company so now i am trying to find a UK hosting company that can offer a dedicated server. I would be grateful if people could let me know what companies they use for their sites and if they use managed hosting companies.

Google Places & Multiple Accounts?
As an agency that manages multiple accounts should I have all my Google Place accounts under one account or should I create a separate account for each client with a unique username and password for every client? Thanks,

Google & Separators
This is not a question but something to share. If you click on all of these links and compare the results you will see why _ is not a good thing to have in your URLs. http://www.google.com/search?q=blue http://www.google.com/search?q=b.l.u.e http://www.google.com/search?q=b-l-u-e http://www.google.com/search?q=b_l_u_e http://www.google.com/search?q=b%20l%20u%20e If you have any other examples of working separators please comment.
