Not provided traffic in Moz
-
Hello,
I was wondering, if anyone knew how moz handles non provided keywords? is it not displayed, or is it labeled as something else? I know in WMT, it still displays it. Thanks for your help.

Hello Peter
Recenty Rand wrote a White board Friday on moz blog(actually a video) It cleaned up some questions in our minds about
Not provided data
, if you havent watched it. here is the link for it http://moz.com/blog/100-percent-keyword-not-provided-whiteboard-tuesday seems like in all cases getting information is costly and information is not gonna be that available or accurate soon (already percentage went up:(.Frutiko Team

Hey Everyone!
We include the "Not Provided Data" traffic as non-branded because it is actually organic. In this case, Google isn't providing the more detailed information for users that are logged into their accounts since they view this as a privacy issue. Instead, they just label it as organic. We report this as non-branded traffic in Moz since we don't have a way to see the keyword.
Hope this helps!

Yep, I would like to know this as well. Reading today's news about Google going 100% https(and therefore 100% (not provided) in GA) and am trying to work out which programmes/tools/etc still work and which don't.
Hopefully Moz will find away to grab the relevant data from webmaster tools rather than GA! Please......
It will certainly change a few things in the way I am reporting!

Unsolved Why is Moz reporting 308s as 302s?
Got a looooong list of redirect issues in my crawl for a new client, all reported as 302s but as far as I can see they are all 308s... which is perfectly fine, right, or have I missed a memo? They even confirm the 308 status in the moz detail.

Setting up MOZ to run on Staging
Hi Moz, We would like to setup Moz to run on our Staging Server. This would be extremely valuable as it alerts us to new SEO issues/risks in a controlled and secure environment that is not exposed to production. Our internal team has recommended potentially setting up a reverse proxy server that will validate either via Moz's/Rogerbot's http header or IP and allow Moz access to our Staging environment to crawl. Is this something that we can setup with Moz? Are there other ideas to enable Moz to crawl our Staging server?

Moz Pro Tools
Hello I ran into a error while using Moz Pro Tools Crawl Site feature. Stating that my wordpress website could not be crawled. When contacting moz they sent me this screenshot stating the reason for this error is because of the odd ip address highlighted in yellow. Only time I've seen this particular ip-address is during local development. If anyone has any advice on how to fix this or what may have caused this issue. I feel this maybe effecting the site's overall search visibility. ednqnL7

As per Moz Points, it says "Removal of "nofollow" from first custom URL on profile" for crossing 200 points. I still dont see any links from Moz when I am using OSE. Can anyone suggest what i need to do?

How to handle subdirectories in Moz and Webmaster Tools?
I have 3 websites: http://www.abc.com (English pages) http://www.abc.com/fr (French) http://www.abc.com/de (German) Webmaster Tools In Google Analytics: I created an Account called ABC and created 4 properties with relative filters ABC Default (No filter) ABC English (filter to exclude /fr, /de) ABC French (filter to include /fr) ABC German (filter to include /de) In webmaster tools, I wish to add 3 sites http://www.abc.com http://www.abc.com/fr http://www.abc.com/de How do I validate each url with Google analytics, considering I just want the specific language for folder. How do I validate the domain name http://www.abc.com to always ensure the inclusion of the default english data? MOZ Do I need to create 3 campaigns (one per language) and if yes, again how do I handle http://www.abc.com which should exclude /fr and /de? Thank you

MOZ TEAM - your system done broke my status as a guru
Dear MOZ TEAM - WHY, when I have 2990 moz points, and my profile shows guru, does my profile banner in the Q&A itself now say ASPIRANT? Such a cruel world this has become ! I know I've wanted all along to have you come up with any title other than "guru" because that word is so dreaded in our world. Yet seriously - aspirant? I feel like Roger got drunk one night and decided "let's tease Alan"...

Can you please provide an explanation of what each grade means so that I know how to improve the grade?
I am actively using SEOMoz to improve our overall customer experience and increase SEO traffic. I would like to better understand the grading "report card" report to deep dive into the words that get a poor score. Example I understand that "F" is bad, but what scoring factors are used to determine an "F"?
