If you can give us some context as to where you've seen it used, we can help better explain what it means in that case. It could actually mean a lot of different things.

An email outreach program is when you create an email and solicit people or other bloggers to review your product, site, service etc and hopefully gain links etc.

Why No Answer From Email Forms

I have submitted this a few times through forms on the site, and I am hoping that this way, a Moz employee might actually see it. With no "tickets" actually being opened, who knows if these messages are even going anywhere. I'm over it: It's been 8 days since I first emailed about this, with no response. Long story short - I cancelled my trail BEFORE it expired, yet when the date passed my Credit Card was charged anyway. It is now overdrawn, with all sorts of FEES attached to it, which I CAN NOT AFFORD. Please check this and refund it ASAP. Kaori Anyone?

When I try and open an email message from a Moz Q&A response, it hangs Microsoft Outlook for more than 30 seconds. Is anyone else having this problem?

Why do the Ranking Report emails differ from the acutal Ranking Report?

I have been noticing that the Rankings listed in the emails are far different from the ones in my report once I log in. Any idea what this is about? Often the rankings in the email are much better then in the report. And I am talking about on the same day as the email was sent out, not a week later.

Report notification emails (SEOmoz PRO Application ) --- Is it possible to customise the sender email address and/or email signature

The ranking reports are great but is there any way of changing the sender email address to be our own, and have our signature appearing at the bottom of the email notifications? We'd really like to send them direct to our customers and save some time double handling.

Ability to have .csv files automatically emailed on a weekly basis (after rankings are updated)?

Hi I am not sure if this is the proper place to post this. I was wondering if there are any plans to add automated emails to SEOMOZ Pro. Each week I find myself logging into SEOMOZ Pro to pull csv files across several profiles (I use PRO Elite), does SEOMOZ have any plans to add this functionality sometime in the future? All I need is an email to be sent to a specific email address after the ranking report has been updated. SEOMOZ staff - Great job on the tool, definitely the best ranking tool I have ever used. Best directory submittal program? Or at least a comprehensive list of non-spammy directories somewhere?

There's a ton of directories. Has anyone had success with a program that will take your info for a site and submit it to all of them at once? Bonus points if you can vary the anchor text and description. Paid or free. And whether there is anything like that, which actually works, I am wondering if there is some relatively authoritative, relatively comprehensive list of non-spammy directories. Any other directory advice would be awesome! Thanks!
