How i can get the audit report (using tools etc.) immediately for any website?
-
I want to audit websites in few minutes/ hours (tools/ free tools, technics). Reports should be authentic and provide full site health report i.e.404 errors, duplicate page content/title, missing meta tags etc. Kindly suggest.

Your brain is going to be the biggest tool here. A tool can say you're missing meta descriptions for 5000 pages, but if the site only has 100 pages and URL parameters are being indexed and increasing the URL count to 5000 URLs, you need to know that you really only have 100 meta descriptions to worry about, not 5000, and that your far bigger problem is the URL parameters.
Here are a few Moz blog posts about audits that you may find useful, in addition to the post written by Danny that's already been shared:

Thanks!
Could you suggest the free tools to do the these activities and provide a comprehensive report.

Hi,
There is a nice article from Danny Dover on Moz: http://moz.com/blog/a-step-by-step-15-minute-seo-audit-a-sample-from-seo-secrets which describes a really simple SEO audit in 15 minutes.
Oh and for the tools list I would suggest 2: Moz + Screaming frog
I hope it helps,
Istvan

Is a new website the only way to get better rankings?
Our website is https://www.franklin-bell.com.au. For a while now we've been trying to get a few of our pages on there to get a better rank on google. A local SEO agency told us that some of our pages are not like "the modern standard" for web pages, but our page score for the keywords we want is 90% and higher. Do we really need to completely rebuild the website (it was built in 2014) in order to get better rankings? Or is it sufficient to have the 97% page score and then just get some back links and social media referrals etc. Thanks in advance.

Inbound Links Report Problem
While looking over my competitors inbound link report, they have a reported 5K inbound links. The first 20 listed inbound domains are things like UPS, and other sites that when I look at them, and the source file has no link to their domain at all??? So are they using some kind of Black Hat technique, or is SEOMoz not reporting properly? Help please.

Discrepancies in PA and LRDs reported in different SEOmoz tools
I've noticed a difference in the reported PA and LRD numbers for URLs depending on whether you use Open Site Explorer, or look at the same metrics from within the rankings history (in your campaign set up). I've checked this for a few URLs and what I'm seeing is the reported scores for PA and LRDs is different 9 times out of ten. The PA is sometiomes higher on one report, lower on another, or vice versa. Same for LRDs. I thought it might be because one report was lagging behind and using old data, but that would only make sense if I was seeing an increase in reported LRDs, but it just as often shows a decrease ! Is this just a bug in the campaign>rankings history report or is there a reason for the discrepancies?
