MOZ is having a redirect loop issue?
-
Hey guys,
Is anyone else having an issue with this? I leave MOZ analytics open all day and it times out after a while. When you refresh your page when it has timed out, it goes into a redirect loop. It also doesnt let you log back in before you first log out (even though your session has already timed out). Not the greatest UX and I thought I should see if anyone else is having the same issue.
Let me know your thoughts!

Hello Josh, thanks for the heads up! our engineering team is aware of this inconvenience and we plan on addressing this in our next updates. I completely agree and also find this frustrating. A lot of members have expressed this and we are confident that this will be fixed soon.

when this happens try appending /logout to the end of the moz URL -(i.e. http://moz.com/logout) this should help you to reload the main page again and then you can login as usual
-
Yea, it is happening site-wide, even when I went to post this thread, I needed to log out on the MOZ home page, then log back in, then return to this page. When I pressed the login button, it just refreshed the page.

This has been happening to me as well.
Another issue on top of that one that I've noticed, I log in, leave the site, I'm still logged, but when I go to access Q&A I'm logged out. I actually have to log out and then log back in to access my profile in the Q&A section.

Remove account from MOZ
I have subscribed for 1 month free Moz trial account. It was free but to subscribe this account I need to put my credit card details. Suddenly at the end of this 1 month term period, Moz tried to cut 149 Dollar from my account without notifying me. But they could not because there were insufficient funds on my credit card. I haven't used any services and would like to remove my account from Moz service? Would appreciate your assistance.

Emails from Moz display incorrect report information
Hey, I have noticed that for the last 3 weeks or so the emails from Moz have been displaying incorrect information. The results it shows in the email seem to be from previous crawls. For example The previous week a sitemap that didn't update that caused 400+ pages to appear as 404's. This wasn't reported in the email and it stated there were only 2 errors on the site. (Of which we knew about anyway and choose to ignore). Thankfully i checked the crawl report anyway out of habit and saw the onsite report to show 400+ crawl errors. I went on to fix these errors. This week, the crawl report showed 400+ crawl errors, I immediately logged on to the website to check the campaign to find there are only the 2 expected crawl errors. It is almost as if the info from the campaign is being pulled and emailed to me seconds before it is updated from the crawl info. I am finding this to be the case in both the keyword and crawl errors email reports.

Several issues moz analytics
I have found several issues with Moz Analytics. Wondering if it is only me or am I missing something... 1. I am not able to create branded reports or reports what so ever. I need this functionality like it is advertised.

2. In Search competition is not working at all. it states "not in top 50" for all keywords witch is not true.
3. In Crawl diagnostics I get this "Rel Canonical" issue even though the rel canonical tag is in the website. I have send a mail to support but no answer until today. Earlier I did receive a answer on my questions so i guess there is one way of sending questions to the moz team witch is not working.0 -

Anybody know how to merge an old inactive Moz account with a current live Moz account?
I had an old Moz account with my name, profile, etc. that I don't want to lose. By accident, when I created my current subscription, I ended up creating a brand new account. The old account has my bio, Moz points, etc. that I don't want to lose, but the new account has my campaigns. Any way to bring the two accounts together?

Duplicate Page Content Report on Moz - Still ranking in Google Results?
Hi, I am experiencing 2 issues with the Duplicate Page Content in Moz. Every week it is notifying me of new duplicate content - so it seems to be missing duplicate content each week and the crawl is never above the 5000-6000 page mark, which means that it is under 10K which is the limit, so presumably everything is crawled in that one go so surely it should detect all of the dupe content on 1 crawl as opposed to having to do various crawls to detect it no? The dupe content report shows me pages that indeed have duplicate content but after checking, these are ranking on Google for their terms... ? Is the duplicate page content report incremental ? Will it add more duplicate content and increase the report every week or does it just show that week's results? If so, it's a bit like chasing my tail... Help!
