How can I find page 1 google keyword rankings for a certain page?
-
Not sure if someone has a tool for this yet or not...
Say I have a page like this:
http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Spokane.Painting.Pros.509-210-2799
and I would like to find out what keywords this page ranks for on google. Is there any tool that I can paste in that link and it would give me keywords that it ranks well for?
Other than the SEO moz rank checker. It's not like I want to run a campaign just for links like that but I might want to build some links to citations like that so I can move those citations up in the rankings.

SEMRush has a whole load of keyword data on the domain you mentioned. For merchantcircle.com, it's got (at the time of checking) the ranking poisition for 424,216 keywords and the url of the ranking page.
(Unfortunately it doesn't have the page that you mentioned.)
Looking at the page, there really isn't all that much content, so determining a keyword that the page might plausibly be raning for is pretty easy. A quick look at the
and the
does give you a pretty big clue that "Spokane Painting Pros" is the likely target keyword.

The Moz Rank Tracker does report that for "Spokane Painting Pros", the specific page mentioned, is ranking at #9, although it can't tell me if the site is getting any organic traffic for that keyword. (Google Webmaster Tools might have some more information on the keyword including impressions and click-throughs)

There is no real tool I know of that you just plug and play for KW data, specific to 1 URL.
I would plug into various analytics platforms that you can collect data from (without keyword not provided) by Google now. Also consider setting up (if you haven't already) both Google and Bing Webmaster Tool accounts to collect KW data directly from the engine.
I still suggest you use the KW Planner by Google to identify more KW's once you look over the Webmaster accounts mentioned above. This will help you reach a little further. Plugging into Moz, creating that campaign for a site specific domain is also a MAJOR plus and should not be ignored. Build the campaign, run it, analyze the data and then move it to 'archives' to save the data and not delete it should you need access to the setup again
Once you have KW's targeted for specific URL's (best practice), you should also consider picking up the AWR application (Advanced Web Ranking) software. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I have been using it for 3-4 years now and is a major asset in my toolbox.
Just to note: I don't rely to much on KW rankings anymore, but more about conversion KW's. Because you have the top ranking for KW doesn't mean you are going to convert visitors. It just means high amounts of traffic. It's about analyzing and finding out which KW's drive sales or conversions on your site. Just a pro tip!
Thanks, hope this helps a little.

I have been trying to get indexed my inner page's title tag but still I cannot see this. It has been almost a week. I have done "Fetch as Google" even though I cannot see this. What can be the reason?

Can a company group have reciprocal links on their company websites without being penalised by Google?
A client which is part of a group of businesses all within one industry but have different purposes has come to us aith a "brilliant idea" that they all have a blog on their website that links to every business within their group. We are pretty sure that this will be seen as "black hat" by Google, but just wanted to see what you all thought? Thanks!

How much 'ranking power' would a link from a privacy policy page of a Big Brand have if the site content is totally unrelated?
Let's say that Site A is a large brand with high authority ( Moz shows it at 90 DA). Site A is about “Blue Shoes”. Site B is about “fishing”. If Site A links from their privacy policy page to Site B … would that inbound link carry enough weight in a way that could impact rankings for Site B given that the content is totally unrelated and it's a link from a privacy policy? I’m asking if the work to get clients/partners do this help. I have a hypothetical question for you all! Site A is a large brand with high authority ( Moz shows it at 90 DA). Site A is about “Blue Shoes”. Site B is about “fishing”. If site A links from their privacy policy to Site B … would that inbound link carry enough weight in a way that could impact rankings? What is the importance of root domains linking to your website in Google's rankings? I notice our competition has a much higher number on keywords I'm analyzing. Thank you!
I've noticed our competition has a much higher number of "root domains" linking to their page than we do. Is this simply a result of more websites linking to them? How long does it normally take to build up these numbers/rankings? (I'm assuming it's a concerted effort, which I'll be researching.) Thank you!

Should I use general keywords or city specific keywords for back link campaign?
I am working on a new client that offer appliance repair in all of california and I was wondering would it be ok if I just target general keywords like "appliance repair" instead of city specific keywords like "los angeles appliance repair" for the back link campaign . I am sure city specific would be better for rankings, but would the general keywords help local seo at all? What is the best way to go about this with out having to make a city specific page for all listings? thanks

Keyword variation.
Hello dear community, I'm just starting to really understand how seo and in-page optimization works that to SEOMoz. I have done alot of seo for my other pages in the bad way expecting great results which acually hurt me more than help 😞 So right now I'm working on application which takes screenshots of your desktop and upload small files on the portals you select. I have done the website (template and most of the content) but I would like to know when I'm going to start and build some links, what are some of the best keywords I should choose? I do understand already than this is not an exact math, but any kind of help would be awesome! I would like to focus more around "screenshot" keyword and not that much on file upload. I know I may ask kind of much, but anything is better. With great respect, Akhlis
