Giving others like employees admin access ?
-
Hi
I have my master logins for Moz but just wandering if i can grant a degree of access to employees via their own logins (just 1 person at this stage) since i dont want to share mine (since use for other stuff too) and ideally dont want them to have full admin permission (such as being able to delete campaigns) ?
Cheers
Dan

Hey Dan,
We actually have a forum you can subscribe to to get notified of updates for this feature. You can find the forum here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20199538-Is-there-a-way-I-could-add-another-user-to-access-my-PRO-account-

Hey Dan --
I agree with Chiaryn's suggestion to export reports.
Another possibility is to create a different email account/password combination just for Moz—that way your employee gets access to Moz without access to other services.
It's a workaround, but it's how we do it at our shop. We have an email for the SEO group, for the Moz group, etc.

Hey Dan,
Thanks for writing in with a great question. Right now, we do not have a way to give an additional user a separate login to the account, though we are working on that for the future, but we don't have an eta for when this feature will be released. Currently, the only option to give another user access to the account is to share your login credentials with them, I'm afraid. In the meantime, if you would just like to share data with the employee, you can set up a custom reprot to be emailed directly to them from your campaign.
I apologize for the inconvenience while we work to add secondary logins to the account.
Chiaryn

I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?
Howdy, I'm the record administrator on a Moz Pro record. I have alloted a seat to a consultant who's accomplishing some work for me and they state they can't get to a mission's rankings report? The deal with client's segment shows them as grabbing a chair permit? It's been given and acknowledged by them? Thanks vape juice

Cannot Access Moz Analytics
I've been trying to access Moz Analytics for over a month but have continued to see this error message: http://screencast.com/t/GMnN6l9WEI tried on all browsers and cleared my cache. The login works, because I am able to access it on other computers but not on my primary computer. This leads me to believe that Moz' servers are blocking out my computer's IP address for whatever reason.I've tried emailing the help team and calling but have not gotten any sort of response so far. Anyone have a solution?

How do I access my Full SERP Analysis Report in the new Moz?
Another possibly dumb question... I ran a full SERP analysis report and had it emailed to me, but in the email there's no link to the report. I logged back into Moz, but I can't find the report anywhere. Thanks! BiDFIvG

Giving access to a new user
We are looking to give access to a different user in our org, but when they try to log in on a different device, it's not working. The only device that can log in is mine. Please advise...
