How can the Moz Page Grader support a 'keyword portfolio' approach?
-
I used to use the Page Grader tools to support the old philosophy of one page - one keyword.
With more focus now being given to a portfolio of keywords around a topic area - what would be a good approach to using the page grader tool? Obviously getting A's and B's is impossible for multiple keywords.
The only way i've seen suggested in moz tools to help with keyword portfolios is to use labels in the ranking measurement and then find averages of the results. Are there other strategies that I can try?

Hi Chris,
I like your approach. Although this is outside the scope of your question, another thing I do is use Google Webmaster Tools landing page report to see what keywords are driving traffic to my pages.
In truth, with so much advanced semantic analysis that Google is doing these days, once you move beyond targeting a single keyword, the math gets really hard - really fast! So for now, it's the old one keyword at a time approach.
Thanks for the question and keep up the good work.

Hey Chris-
Just to clarify — you're asking about management tools for the "On-Page Optimization" section of Moz Analytics?
And you were suggested to track on-page optimization using the ranking tool?

Keyword explorer and relevancy
Hello, In the keyword explorer when I group keywords by lexical similarity should I only choose keywords that have a high relevancy to my seed keyword (the one I typed and want to rank on ? Let me give you an example. Let's say my seed keyword (the one I want to rank on) is "Alsace bike tours. With the keyword explorer I group the keywords and find the group " cycling in Alsace" (ok I take that one because it relevant to "Alsace bike tours" then I find "Strasbourg to Colmar by bike" I also take this one because it is also relevant to "alsace bike tours" but what about concepts like "Alsace wine region", Alsatian architecture, wines of Alsace, cuisine of Alsace or prettiest villages in Alsace... should I totally dismiss those from my content because they aren't relevant to my keyword "Alsace bike tours" or is it ok to use them but it won't help me at all ? Thank you,

Is there a way to view difficulty for related keyword suggestions?
I'd really like to view the difficulty/organic CTR/priority of suggested related keywords without having to click on each individually - is there a way to do this?

Has anyone had to deal with Moz crawl issues on their Zendesk support site?
If so - how did you end up resolving them? For instance we have 85 "temporary redirect" errors from our Zendesk support site in our crawl error report and we don't have access to the robots.txt file through Zendesk.

Keyword Difficulty Search Results: Can't tell which search engine
I ran a keyword difficulty search for 4 search engines: Switzerland in Italian, Switzerland in English, Switzerland in French and Switzerland in German. Now the results are in but it shows "Google.ch" for all of them so I can't tell which result is for which language. How can I check that? I ran the basic not full SERP.

Screaming Frog, Moz and other crawlers
Hi Ignorant question, but is it possible to use Screaming Frog or the Moz crawler or any other reputable crawler for a site still in development i.e. it is yet to be indexed? If so, could someone provide some quick instructions on how this can be done. Thanks in advance for any support. Neil
