Sorry to hear it didn't work out with Moz, you can cancel via the billing and subscriptions tab https://moz.com/subscriptions
As for a refund might find it better to drop help@moz.com an email and I'm sure they will sort that all out quicker than you can say "Help me Roger!" or you can try here - https://moz.com/help/contact
