Google Analytics Constantly Failing to Integrate
-
I am receiving this error daily. What's the story?
There was a problem with your Google Analytics connection on one or more of your campaigns. View your campaigns to reconnect Google Analytics and view traffic metrics.
-
Hi Unikey!
I took a look at your campaigns and I do see invalidated tokens which would require the above steps but making sure that you are completely disconnecting/deleting the profile from settings in the campaigns which will be the only way to create new tokens. If you see the message return, definitely make sure to revoke the tokens first then follow the re-connect steps.
Hope this helps!

I've been having the same issue for about a month now. Was just looking for a solution when I found this Q&A. I have tried reconnecting and everything goes through ok, but then when I click into any campaign it starts giving me the message again. So, I followed the procedure that David_Lee described above, but sadly got the same result. Any other ideas?
Update: After about 5 minutes the error went away, everything seems to be working correctly now. Perhaps the error message was cached?? or took a few minutes to resolve... not sure. All I know is what David_Lee suggested seems to have worked. Thanks

Hi Aaron
What you may need to do is revoke your GA token and completely re-connect.
-
First log out of any and all google/gmail sessions so you are prompted to log into the appropriate affected account.
-
Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using.
-
Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vjh3KrjRRIe) for services that you are not using right now.
-
Once you are done with, that simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect (do not reauthorize or it will not work)
Let me know if this helps!

Hi there,
I think I recall recently reading that Google Analytics was hit by a DDoS attack (which isn't a concern for consumers, just in case you don't know what a DDoS attack is). This had led to many campaigns having the same issue. However, I've personally seen this resolved as recently as today with some of my campaigns.
Bottom line - I suggest performing the reconnection to GA and making sure your information is (still) accurate. I had to do this, and my integration is working well now.
I hope that helps - Cheers!

How can a page have high Google/ organic traffic but show no ranking keywords in Moz?
We have a page on our website with a higher than average number of pageviews, 85% of which came from Google organic search. When I research this page by entering the URL into the "exact page" keyword research tool, Moz says it has no ranking keywords. How can a page be earning organic traffic without ranking for any keywords?

Why can I see 404 pages in Google Analytics but nothing in the On-Demand Crawl?
Hello, I'm looking at some Google Analytics data for a website and can see a few 'Page not found's among the Page Titles, looking like these are 404 errors. To get a full list of what's 404-ing so I can get these redirected, the Moz on-demand crawl of the website has come back with no major errors and just a few metadata ones. Does anyone know any potential reasons why the audit has drawn a blank, and is there another way to get a comprehensive list of 404s, as I'm aware the Google Analytics data may not be covering all of them. Thanks very much Becky

Ranking now showing on google
So. its kind of weird. on my campaign keywords tracking I now have 4 keywords that my client site is being ranked for. (on Monday it was 2) however on Monday and now too. I cannot find my website when I try and search that keyword manually. i understand that Moz does not update and search every keyword every day but even after a few days now. also the rank tracker show different results for same keywords and these results too seems not accurate what am i missing?

Has Google officially dropped the mobile-friendly label?
I noticed in my keyword ranking reports that the heading "Google en-US Mobile Friendly" indicates false for all tracked keywords... Is this information still helpful in the reports? _Cindy

Should I exclude prepositions in tracked keywords of moz analytics?
I'm new to Moz. Just set up my trial campaign, and it had suggested many keywords. Many of the phrases that were suggested do not contain prepositions. For example, instead of something like "sporting good stores in Chicago" it suggested "sporting good stores Chicago" Today, I looked at the on-page optimization suggestions, which are (of course) suggesting that I remove prepositions from my page to rank well. Well, as you know, that is unnatural to the reader. But I suspect people are searching in higher volume, leaving the prepositions out. I know that if I were to search for a sporting goods store in Chicago, I would probably leave out "in." What should I do? Should I remove all the suggested keywords, and make them readable (which people are less like using in their search?) Do I go back to all my pages and try to optimize it for a keyword that is natural, but does not include a preposition (such as Chicago sporting goods stores) or should I be doing something else?

MOZ Onpage grade and Google ranking.
I have found for years that there is not necessarily any connection between the onpage given by Moz and the SEO ranking. "F" page can be #1 in Google for long periods of time, and "A" pages can be unranked. I do not see the consistency, so I am unsure how much time to spend optimizing as suggested. I know there are many factors in rankings, but I just wanted to point out that this lack of consistency makes me hesitate to make changes to well-ranking pages -- especially with algorithm changes happening all the time. It seems that everything is considered over-optimization of late, even if it is all natural language. It is hard to NOT use words or synonyms sometimes on pages, for example... Thank you for your great product. I just want to know how my time to spend on this matter or turn my attention to off-page factors where the inconsistency is hard to figure out.

Keyword Difficulty, can I change local and global search volume results from Bing to Google?
Under the Keyword Difficulty tool among the information provided to you when you complete a search is a local and global search volume. Above those numbers it says "Bing Search Volume (Exact Match)" is there any way to change this from Bing to Google? Or do I not understand what exact information they are giving me here?
