Is there any way to change the domain in a campaign here?
-
When I started the campaign I used site.com but now I have an external blog at blog.site.com and is hosted on tumblr. This site gets lots of errors showing on the campaign because insists on following no-follows. If I change the campaign to www.site.com then blog.site.com will not be part of the campaign.
It does say in the help that it will NOT track sub-domains, but it does and hence my problem. So, I am not sure if the rest of the info there is old.
'Does the Web App track the subdomains of my campaign’s domain?
A. Unfortunately we do not currently track subdomains as a part of the
domain you enter. Instead, you must create another campaign slot for any
subdomains you wish to track.'Any ideas on where or how to do this?

Thanks guys, I hoped that if some of the info was out of date on the 'subdomain reach', there may have now been a way to add a prefered subdomain to my campaign
The reason for the request is currently Roger reports lots of duplicate tags on the blog which Google does not reports because they are restricted in robots.txt or with NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW, NOARCHIVE in the meta tag..
Since I do want to keep the historic data, I will just sift through the errors reported by the blog.

Unfortunately, you cannot alter the domain after the campaign is created or the way that we track your domain. So you couldn't switch from tracking a subdomain for your campaign to tracking the root domain. You will have to create a new campaign if you wish to alter the way your campaign is currently setup
It does appear that the FAQ is currently out of date.
You can setup a new campaign to track the root domain (*.example.com) and it will track all the subdomains in one campaign (ex. blog.example.com and www.example.com). Another option would be to setup two separate campaigns to track subdomains. One campaign for blog.example.com and one campaign for www.example.com
This will of course depend on your needs.

Do you need to keep the existing info on it?
If not, you can archive the domain and re-enter a new one in its place.

Can not start a SEO MOZ campaign?
I keep getting this message, I have a 301 from my domain to my domain with the www prefix. What's the deal? We have detected that the domain www.photosbykristopher.com and the domain photosbykristopher.com both respond to web requests and do not redirect. Having two "twin" domains that both resolve forces them to battle for SERP positions, making your SEO efforts less effective. We suggest redirecting one, then entering the other here.

Open Site Explorer WAY Off in Terms of Link Profiles?
Hey, One of our websites is www.inspireeducation.net.au. I have noticed although tools like Raventools capture our links well, Open Site Explorer is doing a terrible job... For example the following page >>> http://www.inspireeducation.net.au/courses/training-and-assessment-courses/certificate-iv-in-training-and-assessment/ has many many more than 8 root domains linking, however Open Site Explorer only presents 8? We are finding the same problem for almost any page we review through Open Site. Does anyone have any idea why the numbers would be so out? The new links are NOT fresh links. Many are well-established (been there for years), and even many newer ones have been there for more that 60 days. I find the same thing when reviewing competitor sites.. is Open Site Explorer working properly at all at the moment?

Can I add more than one domain in a campaign?
There 5, 12 and 30 campaigns limit in Pro, Pro plus and Elite plan. Does that It mean that I the number of domain we can monitor per plan is equal to the number of allowed campaigns? Lets say I have 50 domains and I want to track them all. Can I manage them like the way Google Analytics do. Thanks

How to Calculate % improvement in Mozrank and Domain Authority
I understand the concept that mozrank and Domain Authority are measured on a logarithmic scale . http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/mozrank I'm trying to determine the percentage improvement in the Logrithmic value. For example Original Domain Authority 60 Original Mozrank 5 End Domain Authority 63 End Mozrank 6. So 5% change in DA and 20% change in MozRank. How do we convert these numbers to the real logrithmic change?
