HUGE LINK!PR9 Not showing up

Hi ,My site is ranking very well.Although lacking large numbers of links ,Im only able to grasp the bottom page of First Page, Im in the position #6 through Position #10 with approximately 44 keywords. Its been about a year now so i think im doing well ..
** Here is my problem,** I recently was able to pick up a few very good High ranking backlinks ,They are in the Range of pr8 & 9 they have huge amounts of links pointing to them,One of them is a Dot Edu back link..Niether one of these are showing up..In fact ,
In the open site explorer i had a couple very high domain rank backlinks showing as my top link. This been there for 7 months They are gone...Now i have these 2 new backlinks both pr8 and pr9 not showing up in the top of the list..They are both cached .I can see them in the cached links ..
** But where the heck is my new links ??? been about 1-2 months ..shoudnt these show up in the top of open site exploreer?? Very aggrevating...Could this be open site explorer reading the site differently month after month??**

Google has done a far bit of cleaning up recently and there are severl posts on Panda and Farmer updates that caused high page ranked sites to fall in actual rank. If the site had little content or large collections of links then they probably got hit.
Just type 'Google Panda' and read some of the recent post for more details.
You should run the PR8 & 9 sites through Open Site Explorer to see where it considers them to rank now. You can also check the links to ensure they are not No-Follow.

Competitor getting External Links from search.aol.com
Recently, I noticed that one of the competitors I track within my Moz campaign received about 12 new inbound links. As a result, there DA jumped about 10 points. I reviewed these new external links and was surprised to see that they are all "search.aol.com/aol/search?query= ..." with Link Anchor Text that is good for the industry we compete in. Can anyone tell me why these are being counted as "Inbound Links". It just doesn't seem right. Is this some sort of black hat seo tactic?

Re: Competitive Link Comparison
In Competitive Link Comparison Top 5 contenders... why would the landing page have an HTTP Status showing as Blocked by robots.txt when it is not blocked within the robots.txt file and no files are shown as blocked in Google's webmaster tools. Sorr if I've ticked the incorrect topic categories

Why do the competitive link analysis numbers not match the domain analysis?
There is only one area that our competitor out ranks us and that is in the total links on the root domain. But when i go to competitive link analysis we have more links then they do. Any ideas?

In my crawl diagnostics, there are links to duplicate content. How can I track down where these links originated in?
How can I find out how SEOMOz found these links to begin with? That would help fix the issue. Where's the source page where the link was first encountered listed at?

Link Assistant SEO Tool - Any Others?
I have the most boring copier service website, clients cool, concept is really boring; Well I am looking to generate this client some link back juice, cause this guy is struggling for traffic, and I am am struggling to generate a buzz about copier services?? Fortunately, it's only local, so that helps me with testing my localization campaigning. 🙂 Any opinions on this software? http://www.link-assistant.com Do you know of some better "Back Linking Software? I was considering buying it. But once I go to purchase it, I second guess myself; "It just looks shady, and the perpetual up-sale, turns me off.". No Local Directory links in Open Site Explorer?
Hi there, I just signed up for seomoz pro today and have been playing around in OSE looking at a number of local business websites that I manage SEO for. For all of them, I have put an endless amount of effort ensuring they have good quality, accurate business listings in all the local directories like yelp, yellowpages, hotfrog, tripadvisor, etc. For most of them, I did this months or even up to a year ago. However, I don't see a single link reported in OSE that is a result of my efforts here. Does OSE not report links from local business directories, or should I be concerned that I'm somehow not optimizing properly, or are these types of links of such little value that they don't get picked up, something else? Thanks for the help!

How come there are no links to my website according to SEOmoz Competive domain analysis, while in google webmaster i do see links.?
I dont see any links to at all when i do a Competitive Domain Analysis in SEOmoz. However i do see links in google webmaster tools. this strikes me as odd. Also when i use open site exployer my website dont seem te be found. In google im on page 9 on my focus keyword so i do think there are links to my site. Why are my rankings not showing up in Bing?
I recently signed up for SEOmoz and love it so far...but....in the keyword ranking section I know we rank in the top 20 for our keywords on Bing and yet for some reason the SEOmoz tool is coming back saying we arent even in the top 50. Why is this?
