Which is more valuable when looking at Open Site Explorer, domain authority or page authority?

Very clear explanation by Devanur.
I always look at PA for my clients and when we broaden the scope I take DA in that picture together with MR/MT for the domain and subdomain.
Since a couple of months I started using a sheet based on the OpenSiteExplorer.org competitive analyses. That explains a lot but also lets my costumers see that there website is changing (improving) which is also quite important off course.
So mainly focus on the PA, then DA (with or without MR/MT) depending on the scope of the project.

i have seen the "Metrics over time" page, but it only shows 1 year of data.

Links to non-exisiting pages
Hi, I have tons of incoming links to target pages on my website that do not exist. If you follow the link you get a 404 error.

I couldn't check Page authority or Domain Authority for any page, what can be reason?
I am trying to check DA and PA for page but not able to do this. Tried it before two days and it was working fine, problem occurring today. I want help regarding this issue, is anyone other facing this problem. Kindly help me out (provide some other way to check DA/PA).

Spam links and Domain Authority
I have a site that I know was Domain Authority 35 but now Domain Authority 25 after someone sent a load of spam links to it, how can this be correct and how can I change it? Is it worth doing a disavow and will moz take that into account?

Domain Authority Historic Differences?
Moz Team, We are again seeing shifts on how we report on Domain Authority. When Moz moved from OSE to LE, domain authority scores changed (which is fine because our direct competitors in LE also saw similar changes). The problem is it looks like domain authority trends have re-calibrated to show a long term decline instead of a long term increase, which changes the narrative entirely. Please see IMGUR link. Raising Domain Authority
Hi everyone, I'm looking to find out if there are any tried and tested ways to raise DA. We have regular articles, a good backlink profile, we post regularly to social media, but we seem to be stuck at DA27. One of our competitors who has no real backlinks, only backlinks from citations and no social media posts has a DA of 31 which we find quite confusing. Thanks in advance!

Does Domain Authority Consider Social Signals?
I was curious if Domain Authority considers social signals. "We calculate this metric by combining all of our other link metrics—linking root domains, number of total links, MozRank,MozTrust, etc.—into a single score." Is Social included in the etc? I know you have some social data displayed in the results.
