Is it possible to move a campaign from one account to another
-
I have a campaign running for my client with the last company I've worked with in the past. Can they move that campaign to my account?
-
Hi Erin,
Just want to check in and see if campaign transfer was now possible in the glorious year of 2015? And if not, would you still recommend the "old reports and your historical rankings CSV" method?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Unfortunately this isn't something we're able to do. When I explain how we store our data, I like to compare it to Jenga. When a game of Jenga is in the box all the blocks are safe and secure. However, once you take the game out of the box and start moving the blocks around, you run the risk of the whole tower falling over. That's how are data works. It's extremely secure, but if we were to move campaigns around from account to account, it could put other data at risk.
The only word around I can think of for this is to have your old company send you any old reports and your historical rankings CSV, and then recreate the campaign in your new account. Sorry I don't have a better solution for you! I'll definitely note this as feedback for our Product Team as well.
If you have any other questions, just shoot us an email at help@moz.com!
Cheers,
Erin

Hi,
I really don't think anyone here will be able to answer this question.
I'd suggest that you get in touch with a member of the Moz help team via email at Help@Moz.com
They're really helpful and I'm sure they'll be able to help you reach a solution.
Thanks

Both campaigns are now useless due to URL rewrite?
I have two campaigns on Moz and they were doing fine until I made the decision to rewrite my URL to remove www so, www.thing.com becomes thing.com Moz sees this as a error it seems and I am now getting error code 902. I tried to change my campaign setting but it won't let me change the URL because it's got historical information that doesn't pertain I guess. What should I do? Was it a mistake to remove the www? Thanks for any advise, Greg

Can I move analytics campaigns from one Moz Pro account to another?
Hello all, hoping someone can help - couldn't find anything on this subject in the Q&A already... I'd like to associate some existing Moz analytics campaigns with a different Moz Pro account, is this possible? I know I could just start a new analytics campaign in the different pro account, but I don't want to lose all of the data Roger has already collected on the site; I feel it would be a tragedy after all his hard work, and it wouldn't be convenient for me. Hoping someone can help!

Analytics account will not stayed connected, listed fixes do not work.
I've had my MOZ account for a while and have just dealt with this issue for a while now but it is really getting annyoing. My Google Analytics account will not stay connected. Eveery time I refresh a page or click to a different page, I get a notification that reads "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Don't worry, you won't lose any data. Please reauthorize now." I click the link to reauthorize and it says it was successful, But then as soon as I refresh the page or click to a new page withing Moz Pro, the message appears again. I've tried the fixes listed in all the other questions about this issue Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using. Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vjh3KrjRRIe) for services that you are not using right now, as well as your current Moz token. Once you are done with that, simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect (I recommend you use a fresh incognito window). And they do not work. Please help me solve this very annyoing issue!

I have upgraded my account but I can't add another site. What to do?
Simple, I want to get out of my free trial. I need to work with two/three sites. I seem to have access to five accounts... but I can't add a site. Very frustrating.

Can I still view archived campaigns if the subscrition is downgraded to the free version?
We have made a company decision to use another tool for the purpose of rank tracking and want to downgrade our Moz subscription to improve our bottom line. The current debate is whether the archived information has enough value to justify keeping a subscription. I am desperately hoping to circumvent this foolish, time consuming debate by being able to view archived campaign data from the free subscription, is this possible? Thanks in advance.
