How will I know if my csv file was uploaded correctly?
-
First of all I had the MOZ/local site open on Google Chrome but I was unable to upload the csv file so I moved on to Bing. On Bing I was able to upload the file and after I clicked on the file the window closed as if it was uploaded. The only thing is that MOZ/local gave me no indication that they received my file. There was no message on the screen like, "Upload Complete". How am I suppose to know if it was uploaded correctly? Thank you.
Best Regards,
John

Hi,
If it uploaded you'll either see it under "Ready to be published" or "Validation Needed". If you're still having issues I would recommend submitting a ticket to us here https://moz.com/help/contact. I would have the csv attached so that we can take a look at what's going on.

How do I correct 301 and 200 crawler issues?
Our website isn't ranking and I think this may be due to us changing the URLs on many of the pages. So now we have about 140 plus 301 and 200 crawl issues. How do I fix these issues and get our website ranking? Kind Regards Rachel

Having trouble uploading CSV file to Moz Local?
I am receiving the following error "Please make sure the file you upload is in CSV (Comma Delimited) format. You may need to re-save or export the spreadsheet as a CSV. Please note that the column headers are required, and must not be changed. Feel free to use our template to fill out your listing info." Please help, I completed the template file and I am trying to upload it as a csv file.

Moz Local, listings still not correct
I've been using Moz Local on all my clients. One client in particular, I've been using Moz Local on for 6 months. Their Moz Local stats all look good inside the dash board. While killing some time the weekend, I ran a few reports on them in Bright Local. None of the sites Moz Local is supposed to be pushing too has the correct listings. They are all different just like before I started. Why is this?

Error's while trying to upload listings
Moz Local continues to tell me there are errors with the excel document i'm uploading. So as told I saved it as a .csv and tried to close out and it a notice continues to comes saying " This workbook contains features that will not work or may be removed if you save it in the selected file format. Do you want to continue? " both options don't close the document and I can't close the document without losing the work i've done. What do I do?

Anyone else having trouble uploading CSV file to Moz Local?
I have filled out the listings template provided by Moz Local for creating listings. I uploaded a week or so ago and when I went to check listings today, none were created. So I tried to upload the CSV file again, and it is giving me an error saying "Make sure you are uploading a CSV (Comma Delimited) file and that you include the column titles. If you are using Microsoft Excel, please export your spreadsheet as a CSV file first.". I have saved it as a CSV in both Excel and Google sheets, but neither file seems to be recognized by Moz Local as a CSV. Is this happening because of the previously uploaded file, or did it never get uploaded in the first place and I just missed the error message the first time around? Anyone else having problems uploading their CSV and found a way to get it accepted? Is there any other way to create a CSV from an excel file other than Excel or Google Sheets? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

With Moz Local rolling out today, will there be a reporting option for local, similar to the current moz reporting?
Thank you for creating a great method for adding local business information to the major data aggregators. Are there plans to create reporting for local, in the future? I'd love to keep my reporting all in one location. Thanks, Kathy
