Does Lightbox Gallery Clicks Count Positively Toward Page Rank?
-
When a user clicks through a lightbox gallery, are these counted as a click through for page rank?
I am using WonderPlugin Grid Gallery on multiple pages with multiple galleries.
I do not want these clicks to be wasted.
Please advise.

Counting clicks and click throughs are somewhat outdated for SEO. Google's gotten much better at determining relevnce with other, more sophisticated signals. You should be worried about clicks and CTR for your paid search, but SEO, it's less important.

The first question to ask is actually how much (if at all) clickthrough influences pagerank, and if that's the metric to really be concerned about, or if instead it'd be better to look at conversions, time on site, leads, etc.

Tracking PDF downloads from SERP clicks
For the longest time, our company policy has always been to put PDFs in a secure folder (hence they are not indexed and do not appear in search results). After evaluating this strategy, there has been clamor in recent months to allow Google to index our whitepapers. My question: Once PDFs start appearing in search results, what is the best way to start tracking clicks due to these "downloads"?

Losing keyword rankings and sessions.
I had removed /en from end of each page ( www.mydomain.com/en become www.mydomain.com) Could it be the reason of losing keyword rankings and sessions?

How is Google Analytics defining page depth?
We run two websites and as part of our KPIs we are treating those who visit 3 or more pages of our website as a client served. As a digital team we are not convinced that this is the best metric to use as the improvements we are making to the sites mean that people are able to find the information quicker. Additionally other organisations including forums etc link to us so those users will get the info they need in one click. What I would like to know is how Google calculates page depth in GA. Are they treating the landing page as ground zero and then when users clicks a link they go one page deep? Or is the landing page, page depth 1 . Is page depth a measure of how many clicks a user needs to find their information?

Please Give This Page a Good Ass Kicking
This page on my site has a high bounce rate (around 90%) despite being right on point for the search queries that lead visitors to it (i.e. keyword data shows visitors are searching for this information exactly). Also, Google keeps giving the page good placement and it receives a good bit of traffic. Anyone have thoughts as to why the bounce rate is so high? Feel free to offer candid criticism.

Will Bing/Google's engine index a page that has only been on social media?
Will Bing's engine index and rank a page that has only been seen on social media and has no inbound links? Will Google's? Are inbound links absolutely required to get a page indexed and ranking and getting traffic? If unknown, how would you go about testing this?

How Do I Create Custom Reports In GA For First Click Attribution?
It only took me a year and a half to get the code Will Critchlow laid out in a blog post last year put on my website. Now I've finally got it but I need more instruction on how to create the custom report I need in GA! Will said he was going to expand on how to set up the custom reports but I'm not sure he ever did. So, can anyone either direct me to Will's follow-up post about setting up custom reports for first click attribution or tell me how to do it? Thanks!

For an optimized site, any available stats / guesstimates on what is avg % of traffic to homepage vs. second-level pages?
I'm interested in passing this info on to a client who experienced a period of time when an incorrect GA code was installed on their homepage. They were able to get Google stats on second level pages only. This is a site that gets 80 + % of visits from organic search engine referrals. They do minimal advertising. Thanks in advance.
