Hi everybody
I am trying to upload my location data (csv file) to moz local but each time I try it says that description is to short (even it is not), it can not recognize the german postal code and contry code. Can anybody tell me what am I doing wrong?

Moz Local presently only supports the United States. I ran into this myself a while ago. Hopefully they'll get around to supporting UK and Germany soon.

Moz local not showing Facebook

When using Moz local the search is showing that I have no listing? I have a business page with 1400 followers and its been active for a long time with the same address and email to all my other listings. Why would this not be found? Is there something that I am missing?

How long do Facebook and Google pages have to be published before Moz can verify them?

Hi there. I've checked the forums and have seen similar questions, but couldn't find an answer in them. I have a listing that I imported from my Google My Business account, but it comes up as unverified for both Facebook and Google. Both pages exist, but have only been published for about 3 weeks. Both sites contain the accurate business information and are the appropriate types of pages, so the best I can determine from what I've read in the other posts is that "newly" published Facebook and Google pages may not be able to be verified by Moz Local. So the question is, what is considered "newly published"? Facebook page not appearing in the Moz Local listing report

Hello, We recently set-up a Moz local account and have submitted our data about the business to it. However for some reason our Facebook page is not showing up in the listing report. The Facebook page is active and has all the NAP details but in the listing report, it only gives the option of creating a listing. Is there any way I can link our Facebook page in the listing report.

MOZ Local not recognizing listing in ranking - score should be higher

Hello I have used MOZ local for a client in New York City. Since we set up MOZ Local for his practice MOZ keeps showing there is no Facebook page nor a hot frog listing. However both of these listings exist and are correct. Is there a way to show MOZ that these listings exist so the MOZ Rank can show the proper score/accuracy. He wonders why the score isn't higher but there isn't much I can do at the moment. Thanks!

Why is Moz local showing my google plus page as incomplete when it is 100% complete

Hi all, New to using Moz Local and so far I like it - but some information is a bit confusing. Specifically the "Incomplete" listings. When I click on it - it shows my Google Plus page (which is verified) as being incomplete. The reason provided is that Moz Local thinks I need to add 3 more categories, when in fact there are no more categories available on Google Plus. Any idea why? Thanks in advance.

Moz Local Not Accepting Full Address

Hi, So we've just purchased the Agency version of Moz Local and decided to submit our agency first. Moz pulls addresses from Google and Facebook, both of which have the correct address for our business. However, when I search for our agency on Moz Local, a line from our address is missing. Moz doesn't allow you edit most of the address for spam reasons, but it lets you enter a manual 'Address Line 2', which is perfect as that's what's missing.... Unfortunately, it appears this has a very low character limit and it only accepts two of the three words in the address - 'Teesside Industrial' instead of 'Teesside Industrial Estate'! For local SEO, your address needs to be perfectly consistent across every single directory... so how do I overcome this if Moz won't allow me to enter our correct address? Cheers, Lewis
