Links to www version of my site, but we are on http - is this a problem?
-
My website is hosted on e.g. http://eg1 but i have lots of links and new links pointing to http://www.eg1
Is this something to worry about?
Should i contact the sites and ask them to change the links to http?
Or is it nothing to worry about? Thanks for your advice.

Hi James,
In a video from Matt Cutts in 2013, he stated that you will experience a small loss in PageRank, of an equal proportion to the loss experienced by a hyperlink. The consensus seems to be that it will pass between 90-99% of the PageRank.
My suggestion is not to stress about it. If you've implemented a 301 redirect from the "www" version to the "non www" version you should be just fine.
Just my two cents.

Which site is gonna get most of the link juice?
site: a has PA of 25 , DA of 30 and has 1000 external links. site:b has PA of 5 , DA of 30 and has 5 external links i already know that high PA and DA matters but please explains in terms of those external links mentioned above, because i have heard if a page has a lot of ext links, the link juice will be given to all the external sites , ultimately juice will be divided.

How come www.ifundinternational.com beat us despite that most links seems VERY shady?
How can ifundinternational.com with TONS of spammy links rank 70 keywords in TOP20 in the competitive hard money lending industry? They seem to go AGAINS ALL WHITE HAT SEO and all rules by Panda, Penguing and Hummingbird. Just frustrating that they get away with it. What to do about it?

If a bad link domain drops from my site do I regain authority.
Hi Guys, I wanted to know for example if 2 years ago I purchased SEO from some guys that were building links to sites that had very high PR which was important way back when. And now those links are negatively affecting my SEO stopping me reaching position 1 for a term 'replacement keys' and we are stuck in position 2. If the sites were to be reset or domains sold for those sites that were linking in do you think this was remove the penalty on us as a knock-on effect. Thanks James

Where are all the sites that are linking to me?
I need to compile a list of all the siters linking to my site, but my open site explorer analysis shows very few links. I know for certain that there are many many more sites linking to it (it's an academic site and there are links to it from a lot of academic directories). What am I doing wrong?

Backlinks from PR sites not showing in Open Site Explorer
Hi, Over the last year I have used a range of different PR sites to post news articles that link back to various pages on my site. However, barely any show up as link backs on Open Site Explorer, neither follow nor nofollow links. Can anyone explain why this is and whether or not the dofollow links count towards SEO if they are not picked up by OSE?
