SERP Overlay Issue in Firefox
-
My SERP overlay in Firefox has stopped working, all other features of the Mozbar seem to be working fine, so wondering if I am missing something obvious?
-
I'm having the same issue. Suddenly all the SERP overlays are missing in search results in Firefox. I cleared cache, History and logins...still didn't fix it. Also I restarted the browser. Chrome is difficult to develop in, so it is not my long term choice. Any idea when this might be fixed?

Hi There,
We are really sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue and sadly recourse may be a bit limited. In order to update Mozbar we needed to submit the updates to the Mozilla team for review. The Mozilla team has delayed these update by a fairly significant margin, so unless it can be resolved by some cursory trouble shooting such as clearing your cache and cookies, then your best bet may be to switch to chrome.
We know that for many users chrome is not an option though it may be your best recourse at the moment. Hopefully clearing your cache and cookies will be able to resolve the issue though so if you have any questions for me please let me know.
I wish you a fantastic day!

Moz bot has trouble crawling Angular JS - I believe it's seeing the SPA (Single Page Application) before Universal. Anyone else have this issue? What is the fix?
The Moz bot user agent detection settings are able to read Universal, but the Single Page Application (SPA) version partially loads on the website before Universal. Because of this, Moz (and possibly search engines) think we have massive duplicate content issues. For example, the crawl report said a particular product page (which has about 1,000 words) has 33,000 words and has duplicate content with over 300 other pages. This makes me believe it's only picking up the SPA version. Has anyone come across this, and what would be the fix?

Issue with Keyword List Export
I am having an issue with the Keyword list export. I exported a keyword list, then went back in a made changes to the list (deleted keywords, changed priority, etc). Then when I re-export the list it still downloads the original list. For instance, I had a keyword list of 120 keywords. I exported it. Then I reduced the list to 30 keywords. Now when I export that list it is still the original 120 keywords. Any one else having this issue? Is there a way to fix this?

Mozbar - SERP Control Panel - Export to CSV - Update
Hi I asked a question on 22nd Sep and 16th October about Mozbar: "I have been exporting SERP results using the Mozbar, but I don't get PA and DA data even though this is shown in the SERP overlay. The data is shown in excel as being 'undefined'. Anyone else having this problem?" I was told that this was a known issue and a fix would be available within weeks. Is there any update on when this update is likely? Thanks again for your assistance. Neil

Ok, I have a strange duplicate content issue.
Just ran MOZ against my site and about fell of my chair, over 1k pages being flagged as having duplicate content. That's about every page on the site. I downloaded the CSV file and things got even more confusing, The URL's under "URL" and " Duplicate Page Content" area exactly the same. Am I missing something? I would expect the URL under Duplicate Page Content to show a different URL, to the page with the exact same content. Any help would be appreciated, traffic is tanking and I need to get this figured out. Thanks,

Rel Can notice issue on my SEOMoz reporting
Need some help understanding this report... I have 17 notices for Rel Can on my campaign. Then, it lists all the links. But what is this report actually telling me? Is it telling me that Rel Can's are listed on these pages? The are all blog posts...our blog was redirected when the site was recently rebuilt. I just need to understand what the report is really telling me to do/not do. Or is it ok to ignore this "notice"?
