Sharepoint SEO - How to lowercase urls with rewrite rules?

We have a borked website running on sharepoint IIS .net that has been at the mercy of many bad developers
We have rewrite rules with an ini file for 301s etc. We are struggling to find out or figure out how to lowercase them
The lowercase functionality may be native within sharepoint somewhere
Any help appreciated! Sorry its so vague

Here's how to achieve what you need through an IIS URL Rewrite:
<rewrite><rules><rule name="ForceLowercase" stopprocessing="false"><match url=".[A-Z]." ignorecase="false"><action type="Redirect" redirecttype="Permanent" url="{ToLower:{R:0}}"></action></match></rule></rules></rewrite>
Translation: If the URL contains any uppercase letters, convert it to all lowercase, then continue processing other rules. (You can name the rule whatever you want.)
These rewrite rules are stored either in the ApplicationHost.config file or in Web.config files. More info and step-by step instructions: creating IIS URL Rewrites.
Note: Compared to the [ISAPI_Rewrite] filters (httpd.ini), I've found that the IIS URL Rewrite (web.config) rules seem to match the syntax of Apache more often. As a result, it's easier to find RegEx expressions already written for what you need. It also helps to focus on debugging the actual code versus some strange IIS exception. Good luck!

Some update from the dev
We’re using IIS6 and Ionic Isapi filter
There are some instruction I found on a forum that do the lowercase redirect
Finally, downcase as necessary. If there are any
uppercase characters in the URL, apply this rule.

RedirectRule ^(.*)$ #L$1#E [R=301]

How do I customize Magento product urls?
I would like my product urls to be /category/manufacturer/name/part#. This would be the only url the item uses and how the product is accessed. It would also be used for product feeds. My first attempt was to use https://amasty.com/magento-unique-product-url.html This creates a single url but I can not customize it. Sometimes it selects the manufacturer and sometimes the category. My second attempt was with https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/custom-product-urls-seo.html I have it installed but it doesn't change the urls. Old URLs Appearing in SERPs
Thirteen months ago we removed a large number of non-corporate URLs from our web server. We created 301 redirects and in some cases, we simply removed the content as there was no place to redirect to. Unfortunately, all these pages still appear in Google's SERPs (not Bings) for both the 301'd pages and the pages we removed without redirecting. When you click on the pages in the SERPs that have been redirected - you do get redirected - so we have ruled out any problems with the 301s. We have already resubmitted our XML sitemap and when we run a crawl using Screaming Frog we do not see any of these old pages being linked to at our domain. We have a few different approaches we're considering to get Google to remove these pages from the SERPs and would welcome your input. Remove the 301 redirect entirely so that visits to those pages return a 404 (much easier) or a 410 (would require some setup/configuration via Wordpress). This of course means that anyone visiting those URLs won't be forwarded along, but Google may not drop those redirects from the SERPs otherwise. Request that Google temporarily block those pages (done via GWMT), which lasts for 90 days. Update robots.txt to block access to the redirecting directories. Thank you. Do Letters With Accents Affect SEO?
Hi Guys, My company has a franchise of a foreign company that uses an accent/foreign letter in its brand name. We have to refer to this franchise with this symbol on our website to meet their standards. I've done some research on this but its not conclusive, so i was wondering whether anyone here can confirm this for me; Will using the letter with this symbol impair our rankings for this franchise name? Obviously as a UK business people search for this franchise with a regular letter and not the accented one. I would have thought that Google is clever enough to recognise the meaning of the accented letter by now and therefore it wouldn't affect rankings (much). Furthermore, do you think that it would make any difference to use the HTML element to represent the accent rather than copy and pasting the symbol onto our website? I would've thought this would help Google pick it up, but it might not make a difference anyway! Any help is appreciated. Thanks Sam

Url folder structure
I work for a travel site and we have pages for properties in destinations and am trying to decide how best to organize the URLs basically we have our main domain, resort pages and we'll also have articles about each resort so the URL structure will actually get longer:

Hey guys! We run a tour company in Barcelona. Our company name is Barcelona Experience. We're customizing our URL's to include keywords which can be found in all the important areas on the page (title tage, meta descp., etc).

URL rewriting from subcategory to category
Hello everybody! I have quite simple question about URL rewriting from subcategory to category, yet I can't find any solution to this problem (due to lack of my deeper apache programming knowledge). Here is my problem/question: we have two website url structures that causes dublicate problems: www.website.lt/language/category/ www.website.lt/language/category/1/ 1 and 2 pages are absolutely same (both also returns 200 OK). What we need is 301 redirect from 2 to 1 without any other deeper categories redirects (like www.website.com/language/category/1/169/ redirecting to .../category/1/ or .../category/).
