Domain Audit
-
Hi
What is the best tool out there to doing a full brand audit for company. They've created at least 15 websites and have possibly many domain names which have been ordered by different people over many years.
I need to find the quickest and best tool to do this with. Any suggestions would be great.

Used to dealing with millions of lines of data and analysing so no problem doing it manual, however if there was a tool capable of doing it then why not use the tool if it saves time.............

For best results DIM (Do It Manually!)
Joking apart I would stay away from automatic audits, they are often incorrect and can give you a pack of trouble.
I really like seoma10's answer.
People who are really good at doing audits are usually doing audits, not making "tools". In addition, the job of doing a really good audit has paths and tasks that would be difficult to program because they are different in every situation.
Most people looking for tools are looking for "free tools" and audit experts don't receive a good return by building free tools. However, if you are willing to pay for a tool, then the brain of a very experienced and knowledgeable person is the best tool.

I would start by setting yourself out a strategy something like the following:-
- Fix coding and visual errors
- Use Moz Open Site Explorer and find which sites have the best reputation on the web (you can compare several sites in one go).
- Research all the domain names that you have, put them in a spreadsheet, rate them for brandability, reputation and if they have any current positions worth maintaining.
By the end of this you should have a good idea of the quality and how far reaching powerful brands are.
Also don't forget social media, although not directly related to SEO it will give you a good idea is to brand reputation.
Hope understood your question correctly, if not please elaborate and see what I can do to help.

High Page Authority / Low Domain Authority
I have been building links to the home page of my web site. At this point, the site has a DA of 22 and the home page has a PA of 35. I am a bit puzzled as to how the PA can be so much higher than DA. I suppose it might have something to do with the fact that most of the inbound links are going to the home page. Are there any other factors that might be contributing to this situation? Does it point to a weakness in our backlink profile?

Why has a .cleaning domain not been indexed on Google?
One of our clients domain names is http://companyname.cleaning I've done all of the on-page SEO, submitted a sitemap to Google and am currently monitoring the analytics and data on MozPro. The next scheduled update on domain authority is the 21st of July? We must have had this on since April, the website was most likely launched at the end of March. Is it normal to wait this long for a site to be indexed and the domain authority to rise?

What to look for with Domain Authority?
Hi, Our site has fluctuated between 20 and 22 DA for six months, but today it jumped to 27. Is that a sign we are doing something right or is 5 points within the DA's fluctuations pretty standard? Thanks, Ruben

Domain and Page authority dropped on home page
My two strongest links did not show up in the latest Open Site Explorer run. Business.com and BOTW.com...Linking domains went from 21 to 15. Domain dropped 3 pts and Page authority dropped 3 pts I believe. Is there a function in SEOmoz.org that lets you track your domain scores over time? Thanks, Boo

How do we change our domain settings for a changed domain?
We have changed the primary domain for an existing campaign we are tracking with SEOMOZ. How do we update the NEW domain name for our campaign so that we can maintain the existing set of data? We just want to change the URL that SEOMOZ is crawling. We have already updated the Google Analytics settings, so they should be consistent with SEOMOZ once we get the URL updated with you.

Campaigns - domains / sub domains
Dear SEOmoz folk, At the moment, I have one (rather large) site set up as a campain. I have decided to split off parts of my site into sub domains. My question is, can I set up these sub domains as a completely separate campaign on here? I'd very much like the crawl reports separated out for each one. A very real fear I have is that my site is well over double 10,000 pages, so I never truly see the actual number of errors that I have. Thoughts appreciated. Many thanks, Matt

Impact of 301-redirected domains on OSE Metrics
When looking at the OSE metrics (DA, PA, Number Linking RDs etc.) is it purely based on OSEs evaluation of the specific domain or will it take into account links that have been 301-redirected to the domain?

Which would you chose? Link on PA56 with 88 OBL's and 80 IBL's or a link on a PA75 with 225 OBL's & 40 IBL (Same Domain)
Which would you chose? Link on PA56 with 88 OBL's and 80 IBL's or a link on a PA75 with 225 OBL's & 40 IBL (Same Domain) Pretty self explanatory. I want to know what metrics SEOMozzers rely on most. If you are not an expert at evaluating links for large scale development please don't muddy the waters on this question with a thin and vague answer.
