Keyword rankings "soon"?

On the insights portion of one of my campaigns, I continually see this message: "
You will see rankings for the 100 keywords we found for you very soon. In the meantime, add more keywords for [XXXXX].It has said "very soon" for quite some time. How do I get this section to work?

Hello there!
When you first create your campaign, we perform a rush collection to gather data for your site. Generally you'll start to see this information come through within 24 to 48 hours of campaign creation. You can check out the Rankings tab of your campaign to see if they've arrived!
However, if you added new keywords after the initial creation of your campaign, they will not be included in this rush collection and you will need to wait until your next weekly crawl to see results. It's difficult to tell which case this is without looking at the campaign, but if you have additional questions please contact us at help@moz.com to take a look!

Unsolved Homepage keyword Ranking
Can anyone shed some light on how a competitor can have over 500 keywords for the home page, which I can not see when I read through the page itself. I have looked at the page sauce "keywords and is lists less than 10,. So my question is how can Moz say it has over 500 when i cant see them or has the site hidden them. If they are hidden Google has not penalised them for keyword stuffing. Can anyone shed some light on this Thanks in advance

Campaign Keyword Movement Over a Month
Hi there, This is specifically for the Moz support team, on one of my SEO campaigns the Ranking dashboard shows that there 19 keywords moved up - but - the PDF shos that 32 keywords have moved up. Why the discrepancy, please?

Keyword ranking is different from rankings report
I just recently posted a blog with the hopes on winning the search "what is sharepoint" I am tracking that query in Moz. I checked this weekend and it looks like I did land in the SERP's postion 23- 26. My colleague a couple hours away from me can see it too in a similar position, and in the rankings I can see it in position 24 when I click on the SERP's spot in moz, but it does not show my position as a rank # Any idea why? Manage Complete Keyword List
When looking at the "Add manage Keywords" is that my complete list? Will it infinitely scroll to the bottom of all tracked keywords or are there others hiding on another page that I cannot find? I'm looking to pair down my keywords because when I first started I wasn't using a strategy. I want to make sure all of those older keywords are retired. Thank you!

Tracking keywords and SERP Analysis Reports
My question is regarding the "Track up to 50 keywords over time." and the "x of 100 full SERP Analysis Reports run this month" Is it possible to increase these fixed numbers? or do I have to use a secondary account? It would be nice to have history for more keywords then 50. and the same goes for the SERP analysis report.
