So my Question is as per Google If there Duplicate Content, it will be Got penalize, But as i see Ranking & traffic For competitor site, They have Duplication, then also Rank For 1st page,. what is Reason behind? so i also Implement/Execute our site With that same content?? or i'll Got penalize??

There are a lot of variables in your question.
There are different sorts of duplicate content, for example the same product may appear in different pages on the website that is ok. However, if you are talking about long form content such as a blog copying and pasting this will definitely get you in trouble sooner or later.
Aside from Google at very least you will have a copyright issue, the original creator of that content owns it where ever it is published and it is a breach of copyright to reuse or publish without their permission.
The reason they haven't been penalized could well be Google hasn't found it yet or it could be they were the original creator. Google is very clever working out duplicate content the most likely thing you will notice is the page simply will not rank in Google.
If you repeatedly, copy content Google will eventually see your site as 'no value' and you could encounter a penalty or at very least a downgrading in ranks across all pages. -

Is this considered duplicate content?
Hi Guys, We have a blog for our e-commerce store. We have a full-time in-house writer producing content. As part of our process, we do content briefs, and as part of the brief we analyze competing pieces of content existing on the web. Most of the time, the sources are large publications (i.e HGTV, elledecor, apartmenttherapy, Housebeautiful, NY Times, etc.). The analysis is basically a summary/breakdown of the article, and is sometimes 2-3 paragraphs long for longer pieces of content. The competing content analysis is used to create an outline of our article, and incorporates most important details/facts from competing pieces, but not all. Most of our articles run 1500-3000 words. Here are the questions: NOTE: the summaries are written by us, and not copied/pasted from other websites. Would it be considered duplicate content, or bad SEO practice, if we list sources/links we used at the bottom of our blog post, with the summary from our content brief? Could this be beneficial as far as SEO? If we do this, should be nofollow the links, or use regular dofollow links? For example: For your convenience, here are some articles we found helpful, along with brief summaries: <summary>I want to use as much of the content that we have spent time on. TIA</summary>

How do I optimize pages for content that changes everyday?
Hi Guys I run daily and weekend horoscopes on my site, the daily horoscopes are changing every day for obvious reasons, and the weekend horoscopes change every weekend. However, I'm stuck in how the pages need to be structured. I also don't know how I should go about creating title tags and meta tags for content that changes daily. Each daily and weekend entry creates a new page. As you can see here http://bit.ly/1FV6x0y you can see todays horoscope. Since our weekend horoscopes cover Friday Sat and Sunday, there is no daily for Friday, so it shows duplicate pages across Friday, Sat and sunday. If you click on today, tomorrow and weekend all pages showing are duplicate and this will happen for each star sign from Fri, Sat Sun. My question is, will I be penalized doing this? Even if the content changes? How can I optimize the Title Tags and Meta Tags for pages that are constantly changing? I'm really stuck on this one and would appreciate some feedback into this tricky beast. Thanks in advance

Duplicate content for product pages
Say you have two separate pages, each featuring a different product. They have so many common features, that their content is virtually duplicated when you get to the bullets to break it all down. To avoid a penalty, is it advised to paraphrase? It seems to me it would benefit the user to see it all laid out the same, apples to apples. Thanks. I've considered combining the products on one page, but will be examining the data to see if there's a lost benefit to not having separate pages. Ditto for just not indexing the one that I suspect may not have much traction (requesting data to see).

Is this a duplicated content?
I have an e-commerce website and a separated blog hosted on different domains. I post an article on my blog domain weekly. And I copy the 1st paragraph (sometimes only part of it when it's too long) of the article to my home page and a sub-catalog page. And then append it by anchor text "...more" which linked to the article. 1. Is that digest (1st paragraph) on my e-commerce site deemed as duplicated content by Google? Any suggestion? 2. In the future if I move the blog under the e-commerce website would it make any different with regards to this issue? Thanks for your help!

Article Re-posting / Duplication
Hi Mozzers! Quick question for you all. This is something I've been unsure of for a while. But when a guest post you've written goes live on someone's blog. Is it then okay it post the same article to your own blog as well as Squidoo for example? Would the search engines still see it as duplication if I have a link back to the original?

Duplicate user reviews from hotel based database?
Hello, Just got a new client who has a hotel comparison site, the problem is the reviews and the hotel data is all pulled in from a database, which is shared and used by other website owners. This obviously brings up the issue for duplicate content and panda. I read this post by Dr Pete: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/fat-pandas-and-thin-content but am unsure what steps to take. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Its about 200,000 pages. Thanks Shehzad

Duplicate Articles
We submit articles to a magazine which either get posted as text or in a flash container. Management would like to post it to our site as well. I'm sure this has been asked a million times but is this a bad thing to do? Do I need to a rel=canonical tag to the articles? Most of the articles posted to that other site do not contain a link back to our site.
