Multiple Locations + Incomplete "Facebook" Listing
-
Hi!
I am in charge of multiple listings for the same business because they have many offices throughout the US. Upon submitting these different locations on Moz Local, I have now run into an issue where all of the listings are not registering their correct Facebook page.
On Facebook I have created separate pages for each location (using their location manager tool), but I am unsure on how to connect this to Moz. I have tried submitting the URL of the Facebook page in the "Advanced" tab in the "edit" area, but this does not seem to solve the problem.
Any idea on why this is happening, and if there is an easy fix?
Thanks everyone!

Hi there!!
Sam from Moz's Help Team here - I'm sorry to hear about the trouble there!
This is actually going to take a little more investigation on our end (including taking a look at each listing and Facebook page) - could you please pop an email over to help@moz.com and include the names of the affected listings, as well as their correct Facebook page URLs, so we can look into this further for you?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Moz local not showing Facebook
When using Moz local the search is showing that I have no listing? I have a business page with 1400 followers and its been active for a long time with the same address and email to all my other listings. Why would this not be found? Is there something that I am missing?

One of your listings managed by Moz Local appears to no longer have data on either Google or Facebook
Hello, Here is my business info: Bright Vessel 18487 SE Federal Hwy #5

Jupiter, FL 33469 561.935.6418 https://www.brightvessel.com/contact-2/ "One of your listings managed by Moz Local appears to no longer have data on either Google or Facebook. As a result we're pausing further updates. However, information distributed so far will be unaffected for the duration of your subscription." I checked both my accounts and saw the only discrepancy was the suite # was missing on Facebook. I added but I am not sure what else I need to do. Can someone help? Thanks, Judd1 -
Duplicate Verified Publishing Listings
We have two duplicate verified published listings on our dashboard. One was verified with Google and Facebook and the other just with Facebook. Both listings also appear to be the same when clicked on (goes to the published listing verified with Google and Facebook); however, they both have different renewal dates so it appears that we may be charged twice for the same listing. At least that is what it looks like on the dashboard. We want to cancel and delete one of them (the one verified only with Facebook), but want to make sure doing so won't affect the other listing. Thanks!

Submitted listings for Removal via MOZ local 7 months - still showing 'Request Submitted'
I manage multiple health care practices and have them submitted to MOZ Local. The main reason for this is to clean up and remove listings with inconsistent business names, addresses and phone numbers on aggregators such as InfoUSA and Localeze. I felt MOZ Local would be something that could save time and money for myself and clients so I wouldn't have to do the phone verification game for sites such as InfoUSA and localeze. In some cases I submitted for removal aggregator listings 7-8 months ago but they are still showing the same 'Request Submitted'. What is the standard time I can expect these requests to go through. I sort of feel duped believing that MOZ would remove duplicate/incorrect listings somewhat quickly. If anyone else has a similar experience or a timeframe of removal for sites MOZ works with that would be great.

MozLocal Listing Results
Hi there, Within the last week, I've signed up for MozLocal with the intent of improving our listing score (we're currently listed at a 67%); I'm wondering how long it generally takes before I see any improvements to this score. Thanks!

How does the "Update Listing" in the InComplete section of Moz Local work?
I know it takes you to the listing site. Do you then have to create an account and claim the listing and then update it there? Does claiming the listing lose the connection with Moz Local? I've been spending a lot of time claiming listings and wondering if that's correct or not. Thanks Dana
