In custom reports, Can we get a module for finished tasks?
-
Hello, I like the automatic scheduled report feature. I was wondering if I could send clients a small list of tasks completed on the 'insights' page of campaigns?
Every week I usually do tasks from the 'insights' section of the campaign, then I click finish when I've completed that tasks. I would like to be able to show that to clients monthly.
Is this possible?

I would like to 2nd this proposition of a feature. Half of our agency SEO battles are documenting and communicating completed tasks for a client, to the client.

Hey there!
Sam from Moz's Help Team here - thanks for reaching out!
I'm afraid that at the moment it isn't possible to add Insights or completed tasks to a custom report. Custom reports currently only permit you to add data from within the campaign itself - links data, rankings data, etc. I'm really sorry about that. I'll definitely pass your feedback on to the development team though - this may be something we can look at potentially implementing in the future:).
If there's anything else I can help you with, just let me know!

CSV Report Export
Hello, Is there any way that I can generate & export a CSV report - 7/ & or days activity for tracked keywords compared to competitors? I can't do this through the Custom Reports dashboard, is there an alternative? API Maybe?

Can Moz add an alert to email us when a competitor's site gets a new backlink?
This would be a very useful feature, and other sites are doing this, including Ahrefs.

Can Moz change this on the Subscriptions dashboard?
Hey Moz, Bit of a random bug bear of mine, each month I log in to download the latest invoice receipt to hand over to accounts for processing etc. After I click the billing and subscriptions link from the profile drop down menu, I am presented with the subscriptions page. The payment history panel placed located on the right all ways shows my first 3 invoices. As this is a snippet in time, would it not be more beneficial from a UX perspective to show the most recent 3 invoices. That way I can get the info I require that tiny bit quicker rather than be presented with invoices that are 3 years old. I know it is a tiny thing but wondered i it could be accommodated. 🙂 Many thanks Tim ypjDGDk

Is there a way to schedule automatic weekly .csv reports for the Tracked Keywords Overview?
Using The Custom Reports tool, I only managed to get PDF reports. It would be useful to automatically receive .csv reports by email. Any idea how?

Use brand name in the graphs instead of 'You' and use consistent colours in reports
Would be great to see the brand name instead of 'You' in the reports, especially in the graphs. Currently, I use Chrome developer tool to edit the source code of the Moz page and change You to the brand name, then take the screenshots. You might be fine for small agencies or personal accounts, but I can't use it it corporate stakeholder reports and presentations, especially when our own brands are compared to each other. Who's You? The campaigns' Links / Competitive metrics graph is using the domain names, but the Search Visibility / Competition graph is using You. It's inconsistent. Also, the Campaign Dashboard search visibility report shows our website with orange, but the Rankings / Search Visibility / Competition graphs shows our brand with green. It's very confusing in reports.

RE: Custom Report Notices - "To make changes to this report, simply edit your report settings."
See below - why is the client offered the (false) ability to change report settings? Clients can't login or make changes! Why would co-workers need to be mailed reports? - they can just login and see the most recent results "To make changes to this report, simply edit your report settings." should simply be completely removed. Download your report now. To make changes to this report, simply edit your report settings. Happy optimizing, Moz

Is it possible to set up a custom report template to use on multiple campaigns?
As far as I can tell I have to create a custom report manually for each campaign. Is there a quick way to copy reports across multiple campaigns?
