What Analytics Do You Use To Track IOS and Android?
-
We have about 600k downloads of our app and would like to know what cost effective analytics tool you use to gain insight into what your app users are doing?
Thanks! Best... Mike

Hi Mike,
Afraid I don't have any experience with it, had to help someone install it before though so I was just aware of it existing. However if it's anything like "normal" Google Analytics it'll be very easy to use and you can get quite a bit of data out of it.

Thanks, Thomas! Do you have firsthand experience with this and, if so, what did you experience as the pros and cons?
Also, I understand Segment.com does something around all of this. Anybody use Segment or anything else?
Thanks, again! Best... Michael

Have a look into this: https://firebase.google.com/docs/analytics/

Google Analytics tracking code for completely new website
Hello! I use Google Analytics to monitor our company's websites. In the coming weeks we will roll out a brand new website for one of our brands to replace its current site. The domain name will remain the same. My question is, should I use the same tracking code that's been used on the existing site for the new site, or is there a benefit to creating a new tracking code? Thanks in advance!

Which one should I be using 301 redirects
Hiya guys, I have a little problem, not sure which one I should be using, for 301, be easy on me I've not dealt with this before. So we have http://www.talknightlife.co.uk and I've done redirects for http://talknightlife.co.uk to http://www.talknightlife.co.uk host http://www.talknightlife.sheffieldspeedcameras.co.uk to http://www.talknightlife.co.uk Because my website is purely a forum and in the canonical error from the optimisation tool is showing 301 canonical = http://www.talknightlife.co.uk/forum.php should I be redirecting that to http://www.talknightlife.co.uk or the other way round, or just leave it ? I'm a little confused Cheers in advanced for your help guys

Using Google Analytics for tracking statistics of the HOMEpage
Hello, Lets say I have a website with the HOMEpage being http://www.page.com. There are various subpages e.g. http://www.page.com/page1, http://www.page.com/page2, http://www.page.com/page3 . Now when I use Google Analytics it gives me all kind of statistics for the subpages shown as /page1 /page2 /page3 ... (relative path). According to this pattern the HOMEpage should be just "/". Unfortunately I can't find "/" in any statistics. Is this normal? Thanks in advance
